Posted by Bev Harris on Tuesday, February 5, 2008 - 9:40 pm:
I just interviewed a gentleman in Boulder, Colorado who provided a detailed report. He was one of the caucus officials (chairman? captain? not sure of the lingo). They hand counted the ballots and the two elderly ladies counted them wrong. He corrected them. He carefully wrote down the correct information. While he was doing this, one of the elderly ladies was grabbing at the envelope; she ultimately did take the envelope and hurry away with it.
She then dropped the envelope and as she was picking it up, the
gentleman I interviewed (who does have a name, which I'll release with
his permission when he signs an affidavit) -- anyway, he witnessed her
take a ballot (which he had NOT seen fall out of the envelope) and put
it into the envelope. He noticed that, while all the ballots were
folded, this one was not folded.
She stated that she was bringing the envelope to where the Republicans
were putting all the ballots together. He asked her where this would
be, so he could go there too. She said she might "stop at her home" on
the way.
He called me initially, quite shaken, trying to learn where the
Boulder County Republicans were convening. I do not know.
The miscounts were against Ron Paul. The extra ballot inserted was for
Romney. He expressed amazement that these two seemingly nice elderly
ladies were involved in cheating, both on the count and, the one lady,
with the ballot stuffing. I should mention that the attendance in his
precinct was low, and even a few ballots would skew the count.
As we know, in Iowa it was quite a delay before we could get precinct
results from the caucus. I am unsure as to how promptly Colorado will
release precinct results, or even IF they will.

American Dictatorship
I would expect vote fraud in every state. The criminal enterprise is not limited to New Hampshire. I can't imagine more than 10,000 people or so in the entire nation supporting the warmongering idiot John McCain. As you know, we don't have free elections in America. Is there anything that 300 million people can do? by Mark Watterson (0 articles, 0 quicklinks, 0 diaries, 207 comments [133 recommended, 1 rejected]) on Wednesday, Feb 6, 2008 at 2:35:49 PM

Think Again, Americans R Scary
The bush regime is a group of war criminals who stole the last two/three/four elections with memory cards, central tabulators, faulty equipment, not counting vote in various ways, and disenfranchisement of the voter from their vote, with the permission or passive acceptance of our so called "elected" representatives in D.C. There are no federal standards or guidelines for uniform election practices and procedures in the U.S., it is chaos and through chaos, fraud is easy. Speaking to the U.S. public, look at the scary primary results for the religious fascist that would remove women's rights, as we know them today, do away with the IRS, attack everybody not U.S. or Kristan: Huckabee. That litmus test of American mindset and general intelligence developed by a pathological culture and neglegent education system R U.S., not just 10,000 or so... Anyway, I wonder how many well established elderly poll workers are frauds and are actually biasing elections? Sure would be nice to have paper ballots counted by hand on camera, streamed to online access, and monitored by the public locally, with buttons that could sound the observation of irregularities and cause suppervisors to check what the counters are doing. We should get college students to count the ballots (Bob Fitrakis) with cameras and witnesses and get rid of electronic voting systems. With open source software and meaningful audits (5% or more) of paper ballots, and progressive audits of more precincts or entire counties or states when irregularities are found, maybe we could go back to electronic voting. Paper ballots counted by hand with witnesses and video monitoring and recorded seems to be the best alternative to ripoff electronic election systems and corrupt poll workers. by Casey Reed (3 articles, 0 quicklinks, 0 diaries, 12 comments) on Wednesday, Feb 6, 2008 at 3:57:12 PM

Unfortunate
America is now fascist ,I hate to say this but it is obvious that America is finished period. What is coming will shock Americans even battle hardened marines will weep. I am saddened when I look south at America it has become the enemy of the veterans who died in all of it's wars. If you are a patriot be very afraid if your elderly, poor etc,, be very afraid . I would not put it past them to exterminate people by dave stanley (5 articles, 1 quicklinks, 7 diaries, 286 comments) on Thursday, Feb 7, 2008 at 3:10:25 AM
