Next weekend in Andover, Mass., a group of attorneys, academics, and activists will gather to plan the prosecution of Dick Cheney, George Bush, and the lawyers and advisors who, together with them, are responsible for war crimes. The conference is open to the public and expected to be well attended:

We were created a constitutional republic, but it never manifested. It is time to manifest it, and hopefully it will be understood this time, if we can educate our kids properly. I get tired of the democracy crap. Democracy is rule top down, and a republic is rule bottom up. There is no bottom generating anything upward in American, it's all top down and we are now pretty much a fascist country, controlled by the artificial person, the corporation. And our contitution gave us NO protection against this 3rd person, the corporaton. We need to get rid of the amendments made by the 3rd, the corporation called USA. The first person is the people, and 2nd person the government, and the 3rd person the corp. Corporations are legally people, and this 3rd person must have it's powers greatly restricted, by not allowing the corporation "person hood." time to get back to just regular business, and get rid of the taxing schemes, all of it. Let's build that republic that when it was created, was only a dream that didn't manifest.

I would not only think the entire former and current Bu$h cabal be Impeached, but have Treason charges leveled against them before being turned over to the Hague for War Crimes.
Confiscate their illegally amassed fortunes and give it to humanitarian programs both domestically and abroad, where-ever the War Of Terror has been waged.
Have these fascist's "Goon's & Thug's" spend their life sentences at Gitmo enduring what "Enemy Combatant's" have, so the world will see that the US is serious about prosecuting "Terrorist's". No matter who they are or where they come from.

While you are planning to do the work of our recently deceased Congress I would seriously look into making sure that this gets reported to the all the citizens of these United States as well as the rest of the world. This will be just as important as the indictments of the Bush gang. Also, take a long look into certain members of Congress such as Pelosi, Hoyer, Conyers, and anyone else that has worked to prevent Congress from doing their sworn duties. Remember to keep it simple, nonpartisan, and compellingly "patriotic". There are already a very large group behind you and if this is presented to the people in the correct manner you will have as many as you need! The whole world will be watching and backing you as well. This is the best thing I've heard about in quite sometime. You are the new Minute Men! Fire your shots well and often!

They should have to spend the rest of their days as...
They should spend the rest of their days as flagmen on construction sites. The flag they should hold should be the jolly roger, since they think they are such skull and bones pirates.

It's about time. After Cheney and his puppet Bush blamed Iraq for 9/11, I did an online research of Iraq's mention in four national papers from 9/12 to 12/31 '01. Including our U.N. Ambassador Negroponte's warning to Hussein mid-October '01 not to take advantage of our situation, I forwarded my findings to major tv news programmes. Iraq was barely mentioned in those immediate months.

Well there certainly are a gaggle of crimes committed by the Bush gang that should be easy to prove in a court of law. Bush etal knowing this will pull out all the stops to control the courts and the MSM to keep a lid on it. If it gets serious for them expect a distraction of some type to keep the Nationalist pride on his side with massive MSM support. This will definitely not be a cake walk. I hope the group convened know this and have some kind of plan in place to deal with the certain bobbing and weaving that will take place. This is a bunch of lousy rotten bastards that know very well how to play dirty.

Prosecute away and send them to Gitmo. All of them, including the members of Congress who have been dragging their feet instead of impeaching them all. Yes, Traitor Pelosi, C---taleeza Rice, the whole lot of them who have just about destroyed our country.
And I don't want to hear any nonsense from anyone that we shouldn't do it. Do you hear that Wolfie? Don't be rediculous! They are hardened criminals and deserve to be impeached and jailed for their crimes.
We must set a precedent for future administrations that crimes like these will not be tolerated here. It's inconceivable that Congress has not done their duty before now. We are all so angry about the inertia in Congress that they should be thrown out of office. Spare Dennis Kucinich, Robert Wexler and a few others but the rest could go.
PLease keep us here informed about your progress. I can't be there. I desparately wish I could.

To Prevent Future administrations from seeking more POWER
The crimes are obvious. I hope this movement picks up momentum. High Crimes extend deep into our History, but these are well documented and the lack of ethics that have been shrouded in secrecy are blatant. The information has never been for national security only to hide criminal activity. They need to pay the price for their crimes in order to prevent future administrations from doing the same as cheney has endevered to do since he saw the Nixon administration fall.

I will be with you in spirit. Be sure to post guards to keep the fascisti in check. The two things they are most afraid of is truth and the rule of law and they will go after you. Also pleasefilm the event and post it on u-tube. All you need is a decent digital camera with a high capacity sd card.

Thank you for your efforts in this endeavor. This group of criminals that have been waging war and squandering America's treasury in our names for nearly a decade deserve to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. I respect your opposition to the death penalty but these people deserve nothing less. As others have advised, just be sure to keep it non-partisan and totally objective in order to forestall appeals. Best of luck.

In his testimony before Congress recently he said he had absolutely no doubt of successfully convicting Bush et al of murder, just like he did with Charles Manson.
The cracks in the neo-CON dike are showing more & more lately. Tonight on the ID channel there was a documentary called "Secrets of 9/11", very interesting because it posed a lot of unanswered questions a reasonable person would want a more comprehensive investigation about those issues the total whitewash known as the 'Official 911 Commission Report' failed at. Certainly it was more revealing than the piece of propaganda crap known as the movie 'Flight 93', or some of the obviously compromised films lately from the History Channel, have spewed forth.
Just like on 'The Gong Show' it's well past time for someone to grab the mallet, and start swinging on this corrupt devious criminal administration (and their accomplices on EITHER side of the aisle). Hopefully, this will be a fundamental step toward America's recovery from its forced addiction to neo-CON domination.

For those of us who read the Constitution of the U.S. regularly, instead of some religious book of perversion, this is a moment we have been looking forward to since the SCOTUS selected GWB illegally. Illegal is the operative word for everything this administration has done but, unlike the rest of us peons, they have gotten away with murder! Until now???
Thank you for prosecuting Cheney/Bush and please make it stick!
