This video report examines the decline of public trust in the police, due to increasing levels of misconduct and corruption. Special attention is given to the Jimmy Savile scandal and how British police protected him for decades by repeatedly ignoring complaints from abuse victims. The questions must be asked - WHY?  And who else are they protecting?
