We no longer live in a system of checks and  balances.

America has been hijacked by privilege and special interest.

Politicians are no longer civil servants beholden to the people. Politicians have become corporate lobbyists beholden to their corporate bosses.

Legislation is no longer written for the betterment of society.  It is instead written by and for corporations for the betterment of special interest.

(Case in point: the recent upheaval of bankruptcy laws were supported by and written with the needs of future fillings of Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc.)

When the government attacked the poor and the minorities, those citizens had no reasonable defense. But then the corporations that control our government got greedy and began it's war on the middle class. Now, average Americans have problems that have gone largely unresolved with each administration.  We are watching for real change to effect our over-crowded roads, crumbling infrastructure, high tuition, broken borders, over-crowded schools, lowered education levels, high drop-out rate, drug related crime, pedophilia on the rise, open borders with free-flowing drugs coming in daily, gang violence, unsafe imports, unsafe food supply, nurse shortage/over-crowded ERs, Social Security, insufficient day-care, run-away national deficit, ignored national debt, 30% interest payments, lack of health insurance/pensions/job security, and the list goes on, which has created a unique situation in American history.

But the corporations and their bought politicians have done everything to keep a revolt from happening- such as union busting, or politicians keeping the safe 49/51% split by using wedge issues like abortion, gun control, homosexuality.

So what is required?

First, we must set aside our differences and come together. To restore our republic, elections must not be funded by corporations, lobbyists, foreign governments or their citizens, which will instantly return the process to the people.

To accomplish this, we must set aside our differences. There is NO republican, NO democrat, NO libertarian. This is OUR revolution

The Berlin wall fell, and Poland evicted their whole communist government without firing one shot. How did they do it? You'd be suprised how easy it is to remove a corrupt government that has no public support.
