Rob Kall at Op-Ed News ran an interesting poll, and it does appear that Congress could dramatically improve their ratings, however, based on my personal interpretation of that poll and the subsequent comments, it appears that Nancy Pelosi allowing impeachment hearings to go forth and allow Bush and Cheney to be impeached are the key to Congress improving its ratings. It is the will of the American people, the population is tired of Bush and Cheney, their constant war rhetoric, and the destruction of the American economy while the wealthy of America are increasing their wealth - and the rest of us are going down in flames. It’s no longer a matter of speculation, but documented fact that Wall Street and America’s corporations, devoid of real oversight by the government, are raping and plundering the American and even the global economy.

Sadly, our own corporations have turned a blind eye to the American people, and in order to enhance their own wealth, have outsourced anything and everything to other countries to bolster their own bottom lines while the American economy is withering and dying before our eye - and it’s happening at a pace that is shocking and spells the eventual bankrupting (if we’re not already there) of our own economy. Other countries are getting richer, building-up armies and becoming prosperous off the backs of Americans - and our Presidency, Congress, and especially corporate America are allowing this to happen for only one reason - money. When we forsake our own countrymen and pour hundreds of billions of dollars in economies of countries that are not our friends, use the money to build weapons specifically designed to counter American weapon systems, it takes greed to the level of treason, at least in this writer’s opinion. Some large corporations that are not benefiting from this outsourcing binge are beginning to fight back, and the people should join them and understand that we cannot help others if we place ourselves in a position that we can’t help ourselves.

In what I believe is an unprecedented move, America’s airlines have posted a plea to the people to try and stop the bleeding as many are watching their industry fall into shambles and recognize, as it’s already been well-documented, that there is no oil shortage, and the high prices we see today are due to oil speculators, the corporate thieves who already raped America through ENRON, MCI, the Sub-prime Crisis, and any financial vehicle they can devise to plunder the wealth of America:

I typically skip over the periodic emails that I get from various airlines for being part of their frequent flier programs, but the subject line of the email from Delta yesterday — “An Open Letter to All Airline Customers” — caught my eye. And it’s a good thing I read it, because the letter brought it to my attention that there’s an evil group of speculators out there that are driving up oil prices and making all of our lives miserable (please be sure to note my sarcasm).

The letter ended with the plea “We need your help. Get more information and contact Congress by visiting www.StopOilSpeculationNow.com.” Interested to find out if the airlines actually have found conclusive evidence that speculators are responsible for pushing up oil prices I followed the link. Unfortunately, instead of evidence I got “While everyone is aware that supply and demand constraints contribute to price increases, there’s another force at work that, like gravity, is invisible yet powerful. This force is rampant speculation.”

I couldn’t help but conjure up the image of a bunch of Al Capone-like thugs sitting in a back room somewhere admiring their pile of oil futures contracts, smoking thick cigars, and having a hearty laugh at our expense. MUCH MORE - MUST READ ARTICLE!

NOTE: It has been proven there is no oil shortage and that oil speculators are driving-up oil prices. It’s too bad the airlines didn’t research or have the guts to spell-out the brutal facts, but they are attempting to be bipartisan and appeal to a wide-swath of America; as for myself, I prefer the brutal facts, and the sugar-coating is for our MSM to do, not those of us that are seeking the truth! President Bush and henchman Dick Cheney have opened the door to anyone that is willing to plunder our nation, and for all practical purposes, appear intent on eliminating our Middle-Class and transferring most of our wealth to other nations. Many people believe this is at the behest of the “New World Order“, and since I’m no expert on the matter, at this point I am unable to disagree or agree, simply because I haven’t spent the time to research the subject to a point where I’m comfortable giving it a yea or nay vote, however, from what I have seen, there appears to be a high degree of validity to their claims. We know that Congress votes the will of AIPAC, various special interest groups, and especially wealthy foreign corporations that constantly add to their campaign coffers. Lobbyists are nothing more than legally sanctioned con artists and a system where bribing America’s Congress has become legal and against the interests of the general public; to bring accountability back to government and stop the bribing of our Congress, we need sweeping legislation that will stop this form of bribery - but don’t expect it soon, as Congress will be extremely reluctant to kill the goose that is laying golden eggs into the campaign coffers and hidden bank accounts of those who vote for money rather than patriotism. If there were any justice left in our nation, there’s little doubt that a huge segment of our Congress could be indicted for bribery and actions that I believe amount to treason. Yes, the wording of this particular Op-Ed is harsh, but with Bush essentially “green lighting” an attack on Iran by Israel, it’s vital that the public take action and impeach Bush and Cheney before they are allowed to finish-off their destruction of America!

An attack against Iran, whether it is started by Israel or the United States, who will back them up if Iran retaliates (which they have vowed to do) will take gas prices to a level where none but the wealthy will be able to afford it for recreational purposes, and America’s families, who make this country operate, will be making harsh choices on what has to be cut from their budgets just to make it to work, and those with fixed-incomes will be driven into utter despair. Furthermore, consumer buying will be limited to only those items that are able to sustain food on the table and roofs over our heads, and for millions, the ability to do both will be impossible. The Great Depression will pale in comparison, and the world’s premier “super-power” and wealthiest country on earth will enter into and stay in third-world status for years to come. We also can’t forget that an attack on Iran could escalate to World War III, so the impeachment of Bush and Cheney could easily be a life or death decision. It’s time for all of us to ramp-up our efforts and get these criminals out of office before they can finalize the destruction of the United States.

When the unthinkable becomes ordinary

Thank you for an excellent article. Everything that George Bush has done has been unbelievable, outrageous and unthinkable, things that no one thought could ever happen. What you have outlined here as the next phase of Bush's plan is even more outrageous and unbelievable and that is precisely why it should be believed.

Bush has moved from one outrage to another, and is now preparing his final outrage, the total destruction of the United States and as much of the rest of the world as he can.

Our country is unraveling, people all across America are losing their homes in record numbers, the stock market last month was the lowest it's been in how long? Banks are closing and I haven't yet noted that any illegal assult on Iran will shut this country down completly. Fuel, if there is any? It'll be rationed throughout, which will leave the American people with no other choice but to take to the streets in anger and protest. It'd get real ugly, and you say that they won't declare martial law? That's interesting.

The National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive, signed on May 9, 2007 declares that in the event of a "catastrophic event", George W. Bush can become what is best described as "a dictator":

"The President shall lead the activities of the Federal Government for ensuring constitutional government."

This directive, completely unnoticed by the media, and given no scrutiny by Congress, literally gives the White House unprecedented dictatorial power over the government and the country, bypassing the US Congress and obliterating the separation of powers. The directive also placed the Secretary of Homeland Security in charge of domestic "security".

HOMELAND SECURITY PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTIVE/HSPD-20

Subject: National Continuity Policy

Purpose

(1) This directive establishes a comprehensive national policy on the continuity of Federal Government structures and operations and a single National Continuity Coordinator responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of Federal continuity policies. This policy establishes "National Essential Functions," prescribes continuity requirements for all executive departments and agencies, and provides guidance for State, local, territorial, and tribal governments, and private sector organizations in order to ensure a comprehensive and integrated national continuity program that will enhance the credibility of our national security posture and enable a more rapid and effective response to and recovery from a national emergency.

Definitions

(2) In this directive:

(a) "Category" refers to the categories of executive departments and agencies listed in Annex A to this directive;

(b) "Catastrophic Emergency" means any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions;

(c) "Continuity of Government," or "COG," means a coordinated effort within the Federal Government's executive branch to ensure that National Essential Functions continue to be performed during a Catastrophic Emergency;

(d) "Continuity of Operations," or "COOP," means an effort within individual executive departments and agencies to ensure that Primary Mission-Essential Functions continue to be performed during a wide range of emergencies, including localized acts of nature, accidents, and technological or attack-related emergencies;

(e) "Enduring Constitutional Government," or "ECG," means a cooperative effort among the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of the Federal Government, coordinated by the President, as a matter of comity with respect to the legislative and judicial branches and with proper respect for the constitutional separation of powers among the branches, to preserve the constitutional framework under which the Nation is governed and the capability of all three branches of government to execute constitutional responsibilities and provide for orderly succession, appropriate transition of leadership, and interoperability and support of the National Essential Functions during a catastrophic emergency;

(f) "Executive Departments and Agencies" means the executive departments enumerated in 5 U.S.C. 101, independent establishments as defined by 5 U.S.C. 104(1), Government corporations as defined by 5 U.S.C. 103(1), and the United States Postal Service;

(g) "Government Functions" means the collective functions of the heads of executive departments and agencies as defined by statute, regulation, presidential direction, or other legal authority, and the functions of the legislative and judicial branches;

(h) "National Essential Functions," or "NEFs," means that subset of Government Functions that are necessary to lead and sustain the Nation during a catastrophic emergency and that, therefore, must be supported through COOP and COG capabilities; and

(i) "Primary Mission Essential Functions," or "PMEFs," means those Government Functions that must be performed in order to support or implement the performance of NEFs before, during, and in the aftermath of an emergency.

Policy

(3) It is the policy of the United States to maintain a comprehensive and effective continuity capability composed of Continuity of Operations and Continuity of Government programs in order to ensure the preservation of our form of government under the Constitution and the continuing performance of National Essential Functions under all conditions.

Implementation Actions

(4) Continuity requirements shall be incorporated into daily operations of all executive departments and agencies. As a result of the asymmetric threat environment, adequate warning of potential emergencies that could pose a significant risk to the homeland might not be available, and therefore all continuity planning shall be based on the assumption that no such warning will be received. Emphasis will be placed upon geographic dispersion of leadership, staff, and infrastructure in order to increase survivability and maintain uninterrupted Government Functions. Risk management principles shall be applied to ensure that appropriate operational readiness decisions are based on the probability of an attack or other incident and its consequences.

(5) The following NEFs are the foundation for all continuity programs and capabilities and represent the overarching responsibilities of the Federal Government to lead and sustain the Nation during a crisis, and therefore sustaining the following NEFs shall be the primary focus of

the Federal Government leadership during and in the aftermath of an emergency that adversely affects the performance of Government Functions:

(a) Ensuring the continued functioning of our form of government under the Constitution, including the functioning of the three separate branches of government;

(b) Providing leadership visible to the Nation and the world and maintaining the trust and confidence of the American people;

(c) Defending the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and preventing or interdicting attacks against the United States or its people, property, or interests;

(d) Maintaining and fostering effective relationships with foreign nations;

(e) Protecting against threats to the homeland and bringing to justice perpetrators of crimes or attacks against the United States or its people, property, or interests;

(f) Providing rapid and effective response to and recovery from the domestic consequences of an attack or other incident;

(g) Protecting and stabilizing the Nation's economy and ensuring public confidence in its financial systems; and

(h) Providing for critical Federal Government services that address the national health, safety, and welfare needs of the United States.

(6) The President shall lead the activities of the Federal Government for ensuring constitutional government. In order to advise and assist the President in that function, the Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism (APHS/CT) is hereby designated as the National Continuity Coordinator. The National Continuity Coordinator, in coordination with the Assistant to the President for National

Security Affairs (APNSA), without exercising directive authority, shall coordinate the development and implementation of continuity policy for executive departments and agencies. The Continuity Policy Coordination Committee (CPCC), chaired by a Senior Director from the Homeland Security Council staff, designated by the National Continuity Coordinator, shall be the main day-to-day forum for such policy coordination.

(7) For continuity purposes, each executive department and agency is assigned to a category in accordance with the nature and characteristics of its national security roles and

responsibilities in support of the Federal Government's ability to sustain the NEFs. The Secretary of Homeland Security shall serve as the President's lead agent for coordinating overall

continuity operations and activities of executive departments and agencies, and in such role shall perform the responsibilities set forth for the Secretary in sections 10 and 16 of this directive.

(8) The National Continuity Coordinator, in consultation with the heads of appropriate executive departments and agencies, will lead the development of a National Continuity Implementation Plan (Plan), which shall include prioritized goals and objectives, a concept of operations, performance metrics by which to measure continuity readiness, procedures for continuity and incident management activities, and clear direction to executive department and agency continuity coordinators, as well as guidance to promote interoperability of Federal Government continuity programs and procedures with State, local, territorial, and tribal governments, and private sector owners and operators of critical infrastructure, as appropriate. The Plan shall be submitted to the President for approval not later than 90 days after the date of this directive.

(9) Recognizing that each branch of the Federal Government is responsible for its own continuity programs, an official designated by the Chief of Staff to the President shall ensure that the executive branch's COOP and COG policies in support of ECG efforts are appropriately coordinated with those of

the legislative and judicial branches in order to ensure interoperability and allocate national assets efficiently to maintain a functioning Federal Government.

(10) Federal Government COOP, COG, and ECG plans and operations shall be appropriately integrated with the emergency plans and capabilities of State, local, territorial, and tribal governments, and private sector owners and operators of critical infrastructure, as appropriate, in order to promote interoperability and to prevent redundancies and conflicting lines of authority. The Secretary of Homeland Security shall coordinate the integration of Federal continuity plans and operations with State, local, territorial, and tribal governments, and private sector owners and operators of critical infrastructure, as appropriate, in order to provide for the delivery of essential services during an emergency.

(11) Continuity requirements for the Executive Office of the President (EOP) and executive departments and agencies shall include the following:

(a) The continuation of the performance of PMEFs during any emergency must be for a period up to 30 days or until normal operations can be resumed, and the capability to be fully operational at alternate sites as soon as possible after the occurrence of an emergency, but not later than 12 hours after COOP activation;

(b) Succession orders and pre-planned devolution of authorities that ensure the emergency delegation of authority must be planned and documented in advance in accordance with applicable law;

(d) Provision must be made for the acquisition of the resources necessary for continuity operations on an emergency basis;

(e) Provision must be made for the availability and redundancy of critical communications capabilities at alternate sites in order to support connectivity between

and among key government leadership, internal elements, other executive departments and agencies, critical partners, and the public;

(f) Provision must be made for reconstitution capabilities that allow for recovery from a catastrophic emergency and resumption of normal operations; and

(g) Provision must be made for the identification, training, and preparedness of personnel capable of relocating to alternate facilities to support the continuation of the performance of PMEFs.

(12) In order to provide a coordinated response to escalating threat levels or actual emergencies, the Continuity of Government Readiness Conditions (COGCON) system establishes executive branch continuity program readiness levels, focusing

on possible threats to the National Capital Region. The President will determine and issue the COGCON Level. Executive departments and agencies shall comply with the requirements and

assigned responsibilities under the COGCON program. During COOP activation, executive departments and agencies shall report their readiness status to the Secretary of Homeland Security or the Secretary's designee.

(13) The Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall:

(a) Conduct an annual assessment of executive department and agency continuity funding requests and performance data that are submitted by executive departments and agencies as part of the annual budget request process, in order to monitor progress in the implementation of the Plan and the execution of continuity budgets;

(b) In coordination with the National Continuity Coordinator, issue annual continuity planning guidance for the development of continuity budget requests; and

(c) Ensure that heads of executive departments and agencies prioritize budget resources for continuity capabilities, consistent with this directive.

(14) The Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy shall:

(a) Define and issue minimum requirements for continuity communications for executive departments and agencies, in consultation with the APHS/CT, the APNSA, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and the Chief of Staff to the President;

(b) Establish requirements for, and monitor the development, implementation, and maintenance of, a comprehensive communications architecture to integrate continuity components, in consultation with the APHS/CT, the APNSA, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and the Chief of Staff to the President; and

(c) Review quarterly and annual assessments of continuity communications capabilities, as prepared pursuant to section 16(d) of this directive or otherwise, and report the results and recommended remedial actions to the National Continuity Coordinator.

(15) An official designated by the Chief of Staff to the President shall:

(a) Advise the President, the Chief of Staff to the President, the APHS/CT, and the APNSA on COGCON operational execution options; and

(b) Consult with the Secretary of Homeland Security in order to ensure synchronization and integration of continuity activities among the four categories of executive departments and agencies.

(16) The Secretary of Homeland Security shall:

(a) Coordinate the implementation, execution, and assessment of continuity operations and activities;

(b) Develop and promulgate Federal Continuity Directives in order to establish continuity planning requirements for executive departments and agencies;

(c) Conduct biennial assessments of individual department and agency continuity capabilities as prescribed by the Plan and report the results to the President through the APHS/CT;

(d) Conduct quarterly and annual assessments of continuity communications capabilities in consultation with an official designated by the Chief of Staff to the President;

(e) Develop, lead, and conduct a Federal continuity training and exercise program, which shall be incorporated into the National Exercise Program developed pursuant to Homeland Security Presidential Directive-8 of December 17, 2003 ("National Preparedness"), in consultation with an

official designated by the Chief of Staff to the President;

(f) Develop and promulgate continuity planning guidance to State, local, territorial, and tribal governments, and private sector critical infrastructure owners and operators;

(g) Make available continuity planning and exercise funding, in the form of grants as provided by law, to State, local, territorial, and tribal governments, and private sector critical infrastructure owners and operators; and

(h) As Executive Agent of the National Communications System, develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive continuity communications architecture.

(17) The Director of National Intelligence, in coordination with the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security, shall produce a biennial assessment of the foreign and domestic threats to the Nation's continuity of government.

(18) The Secretary of Defense, in coordination with the Secretary of Homeland Security, shall provide secure, integrated, Continuity of Government communications to the President, the Vice President, and, at a minimum, Category I executive departments and agencies.

(19) Heads of executive departments and agencies shall execute their respective department or agency COOP plans in response to a localized emergency and shall:

(a) Appoint a senior accountable official, at the Assistant Secretary level, as the Continuity Coordinator for the department or agency;

(b) Identify and submit to the National Continuity Coordinator the list of PMEFs for the department or agency and develop continuity plans in support of the NEFs and the continuation of essential functions under all conditions;

(d) Plan, conduct, and support annual tests and training, in consultation with the Secretary of Homeland Security, in order to evaluate program readiness and ensure adequacy and viability of continuity plans and communications systems; and

(e) Support other continuity requirements, as assigned by category, in accordance with the nature and characteristics of its national security roles and responsibilities

General Provisions

(20) This directive shall be implemented in a manner that is consistent with, and facilitates effective implementation of, provisions of the Constitution concerning succession to the Presidency or the exercise of its powers, and the Presidential Succession Act of 1947 (3 U.S.C. 19), with consultation of the Vice President and, as appropriate, others involved. Heads of executive departments and agencies shall ensure that appropriate

support is available to the Vice President and others involved as necessary to be prepared at all times to implement those provisions.

(21) This directive:

(a) Shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and the authorities of agencies, or heads of agencies, vested by law, and subject to the availability of appropriations;

(b) Shall not be construed to impair or otherwise affect (i) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budget, administrative, and legislative proposals, or (ii) the authority of the Secretary of Defense over the Department of Defense, including the chain of command for military forces from the President, to the Secretary of Defense, to the commander of military forces, or military command and control procedures; and

(c) Is not intended to, and does not, create any rights or benefits, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by a party against the United States, its

agencies, instrumentalities, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

(22) Revocation. Presidential Decision Directive 67 of October 21, 1998 ("Enduring Constitutional Government and Continuity of Government Operations"), including all Annexes thereto, is hereby revoked.

(23) Annex A and the classified Continuity Annexes, attached hereto, are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this directive.

(24) Security. This directive and the information contained herein shall be protected from unauthorized disclosure, provided that, except for Annex A, the Annexes attached to this directive are classified and shall be accorded appropriate handling, consistent with applicable Executive Orders.

We should appeal to Delta

Please write Delta Airlines and ask them to take out a full-page or half-page NY Times ad describing the facts of the oil "Shortage" and the forced gas price hike, resulting depression/recession and the concerns about them.

If enough of us write to Delta, maybe they'd have the guts to do it.

We all pretty much know the problems, or at least a part of them. The villains have overrun our system and have established control of it. They have taken sixty years to accomplish this.

At every juncture along the way we citizens had the opportunity and the duty to derail them, but we did not. Could they speak the founding fathers would express shame at our cowardly behavior.

Our Creator endowed us with inalienable rights. Even in WWII Germany some people in the jaws of death stood for human dignity, justice and mercy. Slaughtered by the millions, they maintained their humanity until the rest of the world rescued the survivors.

the author makes mention of MCI when in fact, it was WorldCom, the largest accounting fraud in U.S. history. And I'm not so certain the WorldCom fraud attributed to any rise in consumer prices whatsoever. But what's a name worth when we're all headed for the falls ? FYI, it was first LDDS, then LDDS WorldCom, then merged with MCI to form MCI WorldCom, then rebranded to WorldCom before taking the fall. Thereafter, rebranded to MCI, and then to Verizon Business after Verizon stepped in to purchase what was left of essentially....WorldCom post Ebbers, Sullivan & Meyers. UUnet was and still is part of it all, but that's another story.

The "system" is failing...

...and if there is a "plan," it is to "manage" the die-off so that it will be of greatest benefit to the ruling class... which does NOT include anyone who can not dash off an 8-figure check with no effort at all.

The "politicians" are just like the contestants on American Idol... and the "election" has the same purpose as the TV show... to distract, to entertain... until starvation, pandemics, resource wars and dog-nose what else sweeps the planet and eliminates most of the "useless eaters."

I imagine the Euros... especially the Germans... have some misgivings about exterminating the eaters... what with history and all. But if it means giving up the Hauschen on die Bodensee... well... leider.

Much worse than anyone can imagine.

I have been studying this extensively for over 40 years. It started with a book published in the 60's, None Dare Call It Treason.

This has been planned for literally thousands of years. If one were to follow the bloodlines of the Illuminati up to present and research the Georgia Guidestones, you'd see their final plans carved in granite. As we speak we're being killed. The real "final solution" is to eliminate 99.9% of the population of this world.

It's called "soft-kill" weapons and they're in the medicines and vaccines you get, the food you eat and water you drink. Does anyone think it's just incompetence that has given us out-breaks of contaminated food seemingly every other month? Or that record numbers of people are getting cancer, diabetes, and other otherwise controllable diseases? Why usage of depleted uranium in weapons when we know it will kill every living thing it comes into contact with? It has been documented that AIDS and SARS are man-made diseases invented to target certain ethic groups. What the soft-kill weapons won't kill war and starvation will. The powers-that-be have the means to control weather, cause earthquakes and control thinking patterns, Google: HAARP.

Sounds crazy doesn't it? Yet, it's true. Google any of the high-lighted words or phrases and check it out for yourselves.

This is not being done for riches, Elites have all the money they want - it's a power. Call it a "bad gene", "megalomania", or just old-fashion "insanity", those that are causing this have make no bones about what they plan to do and have written it down in granite. There are numerous writings on this, statements by those that are doing it, and yet very little is being done to stop this handful of pathological sociopaths from completing their plan.

Like the fabled stories of Lord of the Rings and Star Wars we're in a fight for our lives and the sad part is most people are to scared, too deluded, too stupid or totally unaware of what's about to take place or why it's happening. Recently, right after George Carlin's passing, clips of one of his rants about the Elite's who "own everything", all the good land, the governments, judges, police, military, media and all the resources, so what's left but our lives for them to take?

The elites are sick with power. All are Satanists. They worship devil like creatures and do believe they get their power from Lucifer. The most unimaginable crimes are being committed by the most powerful people in the world. Children go missing every year by organized kidnapping rings for usage in gang-rape rituals and parties where many of these victims are ritually murdered afterwards. Google: organized child kidnappings, and see what you get. They have Satanic symbols everywhere, in all the monuments they've built, from the pyramids of Egypt, to lay-out of Washington Square, even in the names of our government bodies, look up "congress" in a dictionary. What is the statue on top of the congressional building symbolize? It goes on and on all over the world. The 13 families that have been around since the dawn of time are indeed spawns of the devil and it is here on Earth that they will have their power.

Now, I'm not a religious person, but these sick-puppies do believe that there are those forces and that's all that matters. Just check-out Bohemia Grove and trace it's origins. Just look at Scientology. If millions of people can be made to believe a science-fiction writer who tells them that Earth is nothing more than a soul dispensary for evil space aliens they can be made to believe anything.

Unless stopped now - we're doomed. The only question remaining is do you want to go out fighting or become a slave and die in one of the FEMA camps from over-work and starvation?

Now do what I've been doing and go around telling people this is going on and watch as they accuse you of being the insane one. And really, one can't blame people for thinking that. I sometimes wonder myself. But than all I have to do is open my eyes and it's there. I'm not making any of this up. Evidence is all around us.

The final trap is ready to spring. Thousands of years of preparation are about to unfold and there is just but a handful of people outside the .01% that are aware of what's taking place.

And thereby is the rub. It would be easy to stop these bastards if enough people knew what was going on. Our only weapon is that we vastly out-number these few Elites and could stop them in their tracks if their plans were known by enough people.

Will that happen? Will the Internet save us with it's ability to transmit information? Will enough of us pull together to stop them?

I doubt it. I hate to say that. But most aren't even aware of what's happening to them or why and those that have been planning this have been doing so for thousands of years - what are the odds?

It's why I feel talk of who should be president, McCain or Obama as superficial, or most everything as being trite in comparison. When one has been staring oblivion in the face for over 40 years, who won last nights game, or what pitcher has the best curve-ball doesn't seem to mean much.

This past week a wonderful women who owns a neighborhood theater is allowing me to show documentaries and give talks on any subject I wish for free. It's a 500 seat theater, I placed a quarter-page ad in the paper I write for with a circulation of 35,000, gave out another 2,000 fliers - 16 people showed up. Of those 16 maybe 1 will work with me. The rest walked out either dismissing what they heard or looking like deers caught in the headlights, and most likely will go back to doing whatever it is that got us into this mess to begin with.

It's gotten to the point that I wish I was one of those poor deluded idiots. What good has all this consciousness done for me other than to make me a bitter, frustrated old man? Why know, when knowing destroys your will and eats at your soul? What good is all this knowledge, if it's only going to confirm a horrible truth?

I can only hope that perhaps there are other worlds and our souls ascend to a better place and we're rewarded there, because we're sure as Hell are getting screwed on this one.

"Tungsten"? Can you eat it? Can you eat an idea?

What you speak of is a solution that would be great if it weren't for the fact that soon, very soon, there will be one thing on your mind - food.

We're facing not just all the weapons at the hands of those that would destroy us but the fact that they are using food as a weapon to kill billions (that's "b" not "m") of us, and when you're starving, thinking of reorganizing the structure of a political system is not high on ones list.

And not to chastise you, but we're not a "democracy", never have been, there is no mention of "democracy" in any of our government documents, we're a "republic", or at least once were. You really don't want a democracy, it's rule by majority, so if 51% get the vote the other 49% are left out in the cold with no representation. In a republic those 49% still have a say, or are suppose to.

But again nuancing a political structure right now is meaningless. We would be better put finding seeds that aren't GMO to plant now so we may be able to eat. For soon you'll have only one reality - hunger.

The financial collapse will allow them to restructure the entire country. Disaster capitalists at the ready along with the church/state/corporation melded into one supreme unit. They don't care about global warming or how the rest of us lives in their version of utopia. They won't kill off 99.9% of the people that will keep their heaven on earth going either. They need someone to do the menial and dirty jobs. Cheaper than robots. They are unfeeling, fanatical, leathal, devious, lying and paranoid but not utterly stupid. Neither Canada nor Mexico want to join with the USA (or what it will become) for any reason unless threatened. I think it is a psyops scam to fool those who otherwise might be against the oligarchs from returning to their version of the Gilded Age. Just like the nonsense about the UN. One that is a paper tiger run by the USA mostly. It is good for nothing in the way of protecting or hurting people directly.

I think that the USA will fall and from the ruins will be a leaner and meaner theocratic fascist empire that will be even more dangerous both from outside the walls and from within-against us the population. It is an emergency and I don't see how we can stop it. Maybe if whole sections of the military revolt in following illegal orders to continue the warcrime in Iraq and Afghanistan. By November we should know how things will be for the foreseeable future.
