Doo doo, doo doo. Dee dee, dee dee. Doo doo, doo doo. Dee dee, dee dee.
Like "Twilight Zone" and "Outer Limits"" on black & white Sixties TV the way we see things is being managed "diplomatically".
THEY control the vertical and the horizontal of all we think we see. THEYcan blur it or focus it to crystal clarity, take it and spin it 'round by three hundred sixty degrees. The Doors of Perception are closing
OFFICIALLY.
Ronald Reagan signed off on it on one/fourteen/eighty-three releasing psychological warfare experts domestically.
By the authority of National Security Decision Directive #77 CIA spooks undertook the management of the American People's perceptions.

Thomas Jefferson penned a lesser known declaration- The lifeblood of a democracy is The People's education.
In the mid-nineteenth century our public school system was in its infancy, but Civil War soldiers could read very well and wrote eloquent letters home to their families.
By 1902 our public schools had produced the "dreaded" educated Middle Class, the threat of which was not underestimated. They read MCLURE'S, knew too much and wanted to know even more about government/corporate connections and the exploitation of the Poor. For the rich and powerful this was decidedly unpleasant. Someone would have to start dumbing down these annoying, uppity peasants.
In 1904 Rockefeller's General Education Board issued OCCAISIONAL LETTER #1 meant to lower national intelligence by eliminating effective learning and all of its traditions.
"...the people yield themselves with perfect docility to our molding hands. We shall not try to make these people..." philosophers, scientists, artists or musicians. No lawyers or preachers, politicians, statesmen or doctors. No men of letters, poets, no editors or authors.

Woodrow Wilson's Committee on Public Information took just six months of propaganda intensity to get hesitant World War One-era Americans to go "over there" in a rabid anti-German frenzy.
Edward Bernays, CPI's principle architect, proclaimed "The truth is liquid" and invented Public Relations when propaganda was equated with Communism. The psychological tools developed by CPI didn't disappear when World War One was through. Former agents became lobbyists when they joined PR firms on Madison Avenue where they created "necessary illusions" linking mass-produced goods to unconscious needs inducing people to buy things they couldn't afford by targeting insecurity and greed. They proudly called this mechanism for exploiting anxiety and desires the "engineering of consent" and placed this powerful tool for control in the hands of media, industry and government.
Vi's works appear widely both in print and online. She conducts Poetry Workshops and gives readings in Central New York. Her latest chapbook is "Sine Qua Non Antiques (an Arcanum of History, Geography and Treachery).
It is not a matter of knowledge, but a matter of smarts.
No amount of knowledge about how the crooks came to power is useful beyond a certain basic point. Capitalism is the friendly game between equals in the front. Crookism is the game with the media lights down low in the back. Crooks change their cards regularly, but they are always marked and easy to palm. Nothing is left to chance.
You don't have to know the rest of the story to spot a bunch of crooks.

Excellent article. But how about false flags and fearmongering and the war machine ?
The US has become a merchant and exporter of war and death and destruction. This war mentality is sewn up into people's fabric and has become like lenses through which they perceive the world. False flags are spak-plugs that set up this mentality into motion and transfom people into hating savage animals ready to be used as cannon fodder.
