As America Collapses US Government Secret Plans Revealed

In the closed door session of Congress held in March, the "FACT" that arrangements were already set and in process for the application of martial law and "REX 84" was announced as a done deal, fait accomplis. Legislators were told that they would be "kept safe" while "dissidents" are being rounded up, with facilities prepared in advance for this, for their protection from the expected reactions of angry citizens. This was presented under the guise of this preparedness having been necessitated by the imminent and "complete collapse of the US economy". Now, that's an awful lot of advance preparation if it is to house 500+ legislators with their families, plus ......how many other "government officials?" Congressional staff members too?

Most of the presumptive Directives, Executive Orders, "signing statements" and collected bits from legislations which are now meant to be taken as "authorizing" the plans being revealed unquestioningly to our Representatives during that closed door session were products of the Bush Administration. REX 84 though, is the code name for testing "FEMA's readiness to assume a plan for military authority to be imposed upon us in the event of a 'State of Domestic National Emergency'. This was concurrent with the launching of a direct United States military operation in Central America, authorized in 1984 by Ronald Reagan's Presidential Directive No. 54. Bush's "National Security Presidential Directive/NSPD 51" and its companion plan, yet held secret even from Congress, the "Homeland Security Presidential Directive/HSPD-20" take up where REX 84 and Directive 54 from the Reagan days left off.

The massive reaction for which they have so expectantly prepared, is planned to be so great as to require the declaration of martial law wihich, of course, suspends the Constitution. They claim the coming economic crisis to be a sufficiently proper explanation to excuse the long course of careful preparations that have been made. Imagine now, just what-all such plans would entail; what would it take? The given rationale of an imminent "complete collapse of the US economy" for which they have so long and expectantly made their plans and prepared was announced to our legislators, our so called "representatives", in secret, behind closed doors, IN MARCH. It was reportedly said at that time, as shown below, that "this" was expected to "occur" by late 2008, which since then has been pegged to September. Could this, in light of the potential birdflu leak (linked aricle inc. below) and the "response team exercises" of mid to late July actually mean that they have planned all this for August?--- Will the legislators be heading into the protective seclusion of underground bases for an extended stay instead of the customary summer break-time of August this year??

It is already now late July. Last chance for millions to swarm peacefully en masse around the House of Representatives, a mass of peacefully assembled patriotic citizen-enforcement dutifully standing to keep them in session until they have done their sworn DUTY to our Constitution, and these predatory perpetrators are IMPEACHED. How else? Where else? When else will there be?

(And all this in plenty of time, of course, to call off the election.)

Now, we know that these guys never tell it straight, so, though the complete collapse of the US economy is more likely than not already well on the way in process of becoming APPARENT, (while the punditry-fools still continue blathering on about whether or not we might be in, or headed for "a recession"--- for crying out loud!) it is probably --in fact, I'd say it is-- much more likely, that there are other, much more nefarious plans driving these extensive preparations for a martial law takeover and the "rounding up of WeThePeople. They didn't just start on these preparations, they have been building it up and putting things in place for years.

Though Huffington Post and various other sources have reported about the closed door session of Congress that was held March 13, 2008, only one, less widely known site has been found so far which has given some details. The link for the more detailed report did though, come from a highly credible source, thereby certifying the veracity of the information to be found at the link given, yet who will remain anonymous because of the secret nature of the Closed Door Session.

As America Collapses US Government Secret Plans Revealed The mass media said almost nothing about the secret meeting of the House, mentioning only one of the items being discussed. (The new surveillance techniques that are going to be used by the U.S. Government to watch all American citizens). The story was first released in a newspaper out of Brisbane, Australia revealing the contents of the secret U.S. Government meeting and plans for America including all of it's citizens. Shortly there after, David J. Meyer from Last Trumpet Ministries found it and made it more available for the world to see.

Here is what was revealed:

The imminent collapse of the U.S. Economy to occur sometime in late 2008
The imminent collapse of the U.S. Government finances sometime in mid 2009
The possibility of Civil War inside the United States as a result of the collapse
The advance round-ups of "insurgent U.S. Citizens" likely to move against the government
The detention of those rounded up at The REX 84 Camps constructed throughout the United States
The possibility of public retaliation against members of Congress for the collapses
The location of safe facilities for members of Congress and their families to reside during massive civil unrest
The necessary and unavoidable merger of The U.S. with Canada and Mexico establishing The North American Union
The issuance of a new currency called the AMERO for all three nations as an economic solution.

Such complex and massive preparations, even for the above mentioned "safe facilities" alone, would require a great deal of time to accomplish don't you think? How long have "they" been so expectantly preparing? What is this really about?

Does it strike you as being a bit odd that there just HAPPENED in mid July to be an air leak, one coming from the Atlanta facilities of the CDC where air is necessarily held in strictest containment? A coincidence, perhaps, that this potential leak occurred from the building housing the recreated and viralently mutated H5N1? Perhaps only a FURTHER coincidence that "they" have been holding bird flu based "war game-like" rapid response exercises this past week in Hawaii and other locations?

Once the Constitution has been "officially" thrown out with the declaration of martial law, the figurehead puppet president position will be a moot point and no longer need to be maintained. The resident puppet, now most likely looking forward to openly and fully exercising the dictatorship he has so long admired, probably hasn't thought of it that way. And, for that matter, what of the Democratic majority of legislators? How have they thought of it since March? Will they have time or trustworthy enough people and equipment at their service for inspecting these "facilities prepared for their safety", enough, that is, to exclude any un-toward possibilities?

After a good long spell of not hearing about H5N1, the "bird flu" anymore, though it had previously been nearly "hyped to death" for such an extended period as it was, Citizens for Legitimate Government (CLG) recently forwarded the following description of an article in The Independent (UK), warning of an impending killer flu pandemic:

World warned over killer flu pandemic 21 Jul 2008 The world is failing to guard against the inevitable spread of a [US generated] devastating flu pandemic which could kill 50 million people and wreak massive disruption around the globe, the Government has warned. Ministers said that more was needed to be done to improve detection and surveillance for potential pandemics and called for urgent improvement in rapid-response strategies. Norman Lamb, the Liberal Democrats' health spokesman, likened the threat from a pandemic to the threat of international terrorism. Next, CLG described an Atlanta Journal-Constitution article that reveals the risk of public exposure to bioterrorism agents being propagated in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention labs:

CDC: Offline generators caused germ lab outage 19 Jul 2008 A critical germ lab at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention lost power last week because the agency had taken two backup generators out of service for upgrades, CDC officials said Friday... The backup power failure -- the second in 13 months -- is the type predicted years ago by some CDC engineers. And it has heightened concerns in Congress about lab safety at the Atlanta agency, which experiments on smallpox, Ebola, anthrax and other deadly germs. Last week's incident began when a bird shorted out a Georgia Power transformer about 5:40 p.m., cutting off power to... Building 17. Building 17 houses infectious disease labs, where scientists work with the H5N1 avian flu virus and other dangerous germs. Without power, the labs can't run negative airflow systems that help contain germs in Biosafety Level 3 labs, such as those in Building 17. [See: Killer flu recreated in the lab 07 Oct 2004]
See the additional BBC report found at the above link to learn more about the specialized mutational developments built into the new military lab-created version of H5N1 that is "contained" in Building 17 at the Atlanta CDC. Whether or not any of it actually leaked during the generator outage cannot actually be determined with certainty except by time, but it is certain that any outbreak that may be soon approaching could readily be assigned to this incident. It is reported to be contagious from human to human and both more vicious and deadly than the devastating 1918 pandemic version had been.

Now, stories have leaked out here and there all along regarding what-all his "underlings" have had to put up with, what lengths they've had to go through, to keep him mollified. Once the USA is "officially" history, there is no more need to keep a petulantly spoiled brat, silverspooned little JR High bullyboy mollified; in fact, there'd be no more need to keep him around underfoot at all, so why continue the bother?

In this same time frame as all of the above, there is a "Joint Task Force" military exercise, "Operation Brimstone", being conducted July 21-31 off the east coast from Virginia to Florida, and there was a US/Ukraine+ naval and combined "military exercise" in process in the Black Sea July 18, but, it sounds all too possibly, too conveniently, like a buildup toward martial law, and toward Iran; the articles quoted below give more details as posted from the US Navy at Global Security.org:

JTFEX 08-4 "Operation Brimstone" Flexes Allied Force Training Source: Global Security Published on 16-07-2008 From Commander, U.S. 2nd Fleet Public Affairs NORFOLK (NNS) -- More than 15,000 service members from four countries will participate in Joint Task Force Exercise (JTFEX) 08-4 "Operation Brimstone", July 21-31 in North Carolina and off the eastern U.S. coast from Virginia to Florida.
JTFEX 08-4 serves as a ready-for-deployment certification event for the Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group (TR CSG) and the Iwo Jima Expeditionary Strike Group (IWO ESG). The exercise will also serve as a Joint Task Force Capable Headquarters sustainment event. In addition, JTFEX 08-4 will offer preliminary accreditation for 2nd Fleet's Maritime Headquarters with Maritime Operations Center (MHQ with MOC)). MHQ with MOC is a new approach to command and control for fleet commanders.

"Navy Expeditionary Combat Command provides a self-contained adaptive force package with a command element tailored to support the full spectrum of operations from major combat operations to unconventional and irregular warfare," said NECC commander Rear Adm. Mike Tillotson.

"The nature of the exercises, and attempts to present them as anti-Russian, as well as the involvement of countries from outside the region cannot but provoke certain questions and certain concerns. Why was the Black Sea basin chosen for the drills?" the ministry said on its website, describing the purpose of the exercises as "questionable."

Report: Ex-Mossad chief says strike on Iran could ‘affect us for 100 years’

Former Mossad Chief Ephraim Halevy told Time magazine in an interview published Thursday that an Israeli attack on Iran “could have an impact on us for the next 100 years” and should only be considered as a last resort.
Halevy, who currently heads the Center for Strategic and Policy Studies at Hebrew University in Jerusalem, added that an Iranian attack on Israel would probably have little impact, because Iranian missiles would largely be intercepted by Israel’s advanced anti-missile defense system.
Another former senior Mossad official, who reportedly served during Prime Minister Ehud Olmert’s administration, told the American magazine that “Iran’s achievement is creating an image of itself as a scary superpower when it’s really a paper tiger.”

An additional Israeli source told Time that Israel sees the period between the U.S. elections in November and the president’s inauguration in January as the “window of opportunity” for a possible attack on Iran. The source explained that any military move against Iran would not be carried out before the elections, because it would negatively impact the presidential candidates, especially Republican candidate John McCain and “No Israel leader wants to be blamed for destroying the Republican chances,” Time cited the source as saying.
However, the magazine quoted intelligence sources as saying that an Israeli attack on Iran would likely stall the Islamic republic’s nuclear aspirations only by “a year or two.”
Launching a long-range strike against a multitude of hidden targets in Iran entails huge risks and uncertain rewards, which makes the cost-benefit analysis weigh against an air strike on Iran, according to some senior Israeli officials who urge caution.

PHILADELPHIA (Reuters) - With a record volume of international takeovers of U.S. companies, it almost appears America itself is up for sale.
The weak dollar and slumping stock prices of U.S. companies has created a window of opportunity for international buyers to snatch up American icons such as beer brewer Anheuser-Busch Cos Inc (BUD.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) and the landmark Chrysler Building in New York.
"The dollar has depreciated so much that America is on the sale rack," said Sung Won Sohn, a professor of economics at California State University.
"America has such an appetite for foreign goods -- Chinese imports and oil -- that U.S. dollars have gone overseas. Now, many Americans aren't happy that foreign companies are buying pieces of America with the money we gave them in the first place," Sohn said.
In the second quarter, acquisitions of U.S. companies by international buyers totaled $124.3 billion, marking the highest total for any second quarter on record and jumping 23 percent over the year-earlier quarter, according to research firm Dealogic.
International takeovers represented 22 percent of all U.S. merger activity in the first half of the year, up from 17 percent in the first half of 2007, according to research firm Dealogic.
InBev NV's (INTB.BR: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) deal to acquire Anheuser-Busch for $52 billion gave Belgium the distinction of being the most active foreign buyer of U.S. assets in the first half of this year, followed by Spain and Canada, Dealogic said.
The Anheuser-Busch deal ranked as the second-biggest cross-border acquisition of a U.S. company in history, following Vodafone Group Plc's (VOD.L: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) $60.3 billion acquisition of AirTouch Communications in 1999, according to Thomson Reuters.
Other U.S. assets recently falling into international hands include Barr Pharmaceuticals Inc (BRL.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), which agreed to be acquired by Israel's Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TEVA.O: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) (TEVA.TA: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), the world's largest generic drug company, for $7.46 billion; and eye care company Alcon Inc (ACL.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) which is being bought by Switzerland's Novartis AG (NOVN.VX: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) for about $27.7 billion.
Earlier this month, Swiss drugmaker Roche AG (ROG.VX: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) made a bid to acquire the shares of its U.S. partner Genentech Inc (DNA.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) it does not already own for $43.7 billion. Even the Pennsylvania Turnpike awarded long-term leasing rights to a Spanish-led investor group for $12.8 billion.
MORE THAN JUST A WEAK DOLLAR
Although some investment bankers and analyst pin the spike in cross-border activity to the weak dollar, others contend that strategy and the desire to expand globally were the motivators behind many of these recent corporate deals.
"Strategic buyers don't wake up in the morning and say: 'This currency is cheap. I'm going to go do a deal.' They do a deal because it's strategic and makes sense," said Herald Ritch, president and co-chief executive officer of investment bank Sagent Advisers.
"There's no question that, on the margin, currency levels tend to influence decisions, but strategic deals get done because they fit a company's strategy," Ritch said.
European companies have been the most active buyers of U.S. assets, with 314 deals so far this year, compared with 117 deals by Asian acquirers, and 33 by African and Middle Eastern buyers, according to Thomson Reuters.
"Europe and the U.S. dominate deal activity globally, so it makes sense that deals between those areas would predominate," Ritch said.
Although some investment bankers view the second quarter's record pace of U.S. takeovers as an anomaly, Sohn said the 13-percent depreciation of the dollar against major currencies over the past 18 months should fuel more acquisitions.
"There are trillions of dollars overseas that have to be put to work. This is just the tip of the iceberg," Sohn said.

For those who want to deal with this,

begin reaching military and ex-military to ask for their oversight and help in preventing what is most simply described as a coup using an emergency as the means.
Reach mainstream media and get them to report on the reality of this, or if they don't believe any of it, ask them to report simply on the rising fear about it, here and internationally.
Libertarians have been fearing martial law for some time. Contacting them to approach Congress, jointly, about this, would be another way of going about this.
But, first, reach as much military as possible. Our military is comprised of people deeply committed to the constitution and would not like the idea of being used to overthrow it or our country.
Re-write the article, taking out all the slurs against Bush and other, making it as cool and factual as possible - and much shorter. Make it professional and not emotional and very easy to circulate.

Reply: Its past time for wording, Time For MOVING!!!

Yes, I'm afraid so! It is hard to come forward with info like this because it sounds too off the wall and cannot be "sourced". BUT, I've heard of plans to sink the whole LA Basin so deep that it can never be recovered, that this is to be done by means of HAARPing and earthquake, artificially creating "The Big One". The talk mentioned generating it from WAY down.... All the other earthquakes they have brought on with that HAARP IONbeam technology have been EXACTLY 10 kilometers deep, or 6.21 miles. Its a real signiture oddity! All those quakes around Oregon, every one of them was from that exact depth! So was the big quake in China that killed so MANY people, so many CHILDREN..........

When I saw the news about the quake that just "happened" in LA, my heart sank. That one was deeper, I was a bit too tired last night so can't remember it with certainty, but I think they called it 10 MILES in depth. Anyway, it was like a big gong going off. It hit me that they will try to DO this before the election. They can also use THAT, according to the highly unconstitutional Directive 51, to call martial law over the entire country.

And, perhaps you can understand from this Lin, why I chose NOT to do as you suggest. We are in dire straights, and about as dire as it can ever possibly get. This is unheard of and too unbelievable anyway! We are hanging by the skin of our teeth right now from an extremely high, straight drop cliff of pending catatastrophe and its a Lo-o-o-o-ong way down before we'd even hit bottom before we splaaat! So many things that I once thought so incredulous are one after another turning out to have been only too Verified and True!   The VA, for instance, sent out in answer to query about the death statistics for THIS "war" in Iraq, that means deaths of those serving in Iraq THIS TIME, NOT including GW1--- the answer they gave him is 77,000! NOT 4,000, 77,000!!! He forwarded it over to me and I copy/pasted it into the Stop The War (OHBOY) site, just below the IMPEACH setup, like the base of it. This needed to be an editorial because it needed to come from the heart and register FEELING if it is to STIR FEELING and hopefully thereby, stir ACTION!!! It needs to connect with its Truth from heart to heart and gut to gut, so I gave it my heart and gut rather than just the dry intellect factuality. THIS IS REAL!!!!   IT IS TIME TO GET UP NOW!!!! IT IS TIME TO LISTEN TO YOUR INNER QUAKEY FEELING THAT'S BEEN TRYING TO REACH THROUGH TO US ONE AND ALL, FORGET EVEN ABOUT NOT MISSING "WORK"--- JUST START HEADING FOR DC!!!

Oh, yeah, the big tsunami quake--- I had caught a news story just then, before perhaps it may have been thought of as imprudent to have that out there(?), of an Australian oil exploration ship that was out around the spot right where the earthquake errupted, having been probing, ZAPPING, that exact location with the extra low frequency sound wave...... I wish I could pull that out right here and now to post it, but it was in the previous computer wish had a fatal incursion

YES, everyone should keep their tanks topped up at all times and a couple jerry-cans full on the side, plus a couple for water, and all else that must be thought of that will really be needed. I think granola a good idea since its dry, it keeps, and you can eat it dry or with milk or cook it up in water like a gruel......

Those Readily Disposable Inconvenient Facts

Well, Rich, not many could say that with any confidence at all about "their town". I certainly couldn't. In fact, local law enforcements in little towns around are tickled with the equipment and supplies they've received.

They are counting on the greatest majority of the population to be too mezmerized, too busy grazing in sheeple land, then too stymied by whatever fear-factors will be used with the false flags and fear mongering, demonizing propaganda camapaigns to do anything but go along with whatever they're told. Remember, Iraqis were counted on to shower 'the troops' with flowers.... Even so, now they have figured much the same for Iranians, and also assume that the sheeple will likewise sing their phrases as unmindfully as before.

They will round up intelligent thinkers, activists, elderly, disabled, ethnicities and races they 'disapprove' or claim to be 'a threat to national security'----etc., besides those who demonstrate any show of not going along with whatever they command, and at the time they command it. Those not "useful" for slave labor, like elderly, disabled and otherwise handicapped, will most likely be shot on the spot, no problem, no fuss, no muss. From what I've heard, these concentration camps they have built will do just that, be concentrating; bunking anywhere up to a million or so per. These inhumans have already been working out arrangements and deals for the slave labor they expect to get from those they toss into these barbaric imprisonments.

One thing most people don't seem really to GET yet, is that these inhumans are predators who get satisfaction from the suffering of others. In their satanically ritualistical ways, they have developed a manner of drawing upon, then do readily become addictively habituated to, the energy generated by suffering.

They have always preferred not to think about, much less plan around or for, inconvenient facts that will likely spawn blowback products of their doings. In this way, they regularly take on blind spots.

There are no "heart qualities" among "the select", in fact, that is a criteria. Heart qualities are too risky and cannot be "trusted" for unwavering loyalty to the perverse and nefarious designs of their overlording puppetmasters. Someone having a "heart moment" may slip and fall upward, going with the heart instead of loyally locked in to remaining reliable as truly perverse. A heart break-out of any "rank", high or low, is a potential saboteur and likely to be canabalized.

Faced with such fearfully posing slime, most even "well meaning" people can be counted on to buckle under and submit. Except for the weaponry, these base inhumans are basically posing, imitating fearsome strength to cover for their pervasively limiting inadequacies. In reality, these slimey inhumans are but few, whereas WE are The Many. For that to be of any use though, it must be realized and acted upon. The more timely the action, the less suffering overall and for all. Action deferred by apathy, incredulity, fear, pomposity, or any such excuse beyond genuine ignorance weighs as complicity in the demise of one and all.
