Iraq Veterans Against the War (IVAW) will hold a protest tomorrow Oct. 15th at the last Presidential Debate. This is your chance to let the two-party system and the third-party myth know that they do not represent you. Stop the corporate control of our elections.

IVAW members will then breach the debates security to ask the candidates how they could sign a $700 billion bailout for rich bankers while leaving the VA underfunded and understaffed. What happened to our commitment to the troops?

I'd like to remind everyone that you can come to this protest! Just
follow the yellow ribbons from the train station all the way to the
Hofstra Campus! We'll be putting yellow markings on anything and
everything (telephone poles, street signs, etc.) that we pass along the route
from the train station so that no matter what time you come, you'll
find us.

Be prepared for counter protesters. There are some out there who are
willing to go to great lengths to disrupt our action and incite violence. Just remember, keep your cool, cameras=evidence. And tell 'em VoteStrike sent ya!

If you can't make it to NY please support this action with the following:

BANK BOYCOTT: Close all existing bank accounts and move to Credit Unions. Refinance loans through credit unions. (Or use small unknown banks.)

CONSUMER FAST: Only buy what you need. Always pay with cash. When Bush says to shop we must stop!

TAX PROTEST: Divest out of stocks and stock mutual funds, only fund 40lK up to the match your company gives you and only in cash reserves fund or tax free treasury fund, a ROTH is permanently tax free. Call your rep and tell them you refuse to get back in the market or participate in the economy until they repeal the bailout and Impeach. IMMEDIATELY increase your W2 Withholding to 3-4 so that you are not loaning this govt your money.

OCT. 11th Get off the net, I'll see you in the streets.

NOV. 2-5th No school, no work, no shopping.

RE-ELECT NO-ONE!
