I saw the headline, and found it hard to believe (then i went and read it, of course:-).  It does work to suck you in!

However the massive rise in fruit and vegetable allergies, well... No figures are given at all by the supposed experts who are claiming it.  One BBC report says they're up from 1 in100,000 to 5 in 100,000.

Now I don't know about any of you reading this? but personally I find it VERY difficult to call this an epidemic. In fact from the wide variety of products, it would appear to be a very odd allergy indeed- it crosses from stone fruit to nuts and unrelated families of produce.

I would be much more suspicious of what the foods were treated with in handling and storage. Many foods including raw chicken meat are now washed in Chlorine bleach, for our safety of course.  Here's the article:

Fruit and veg allergies could outstrip peanuts

I notice no mention of double checking with Organic foods as a control group either! Very silly people! Taking wages , for doing exactly, what??

An Aussie who is disgusted at chem farming,gm and synth foods and big pharma. I study soil biota, and work with bees, what i see is worrying.
