Congressman Dennis Kucinich is on the floor of the House of Representatives right now introducing 35 articles of impeachment against President George W. Bush.
Yes, 35. He'll be reading for a while.
Watch C-Span Now!
If you don't have cable, go to a bar and tell them to put it on C-Span 1!
Let Justice roll down like waters in a mighty stream . . .
There's going to be at least one article of impeachment that interests you and perhaps even mentions you. Watch for updates.

Watching from Melbourne Australia at 11am Tuesday 10 June.
Hoping this is being recorded as a full video somewhere accessible.
Wondering if Kucinich waited for A) Obama becoming nominee B) Senate Report describing Bush admin misrepresenting Intel prior to Iraq invasion to congress.

Hope Kucinich gets to call for a poll vote as he did
with the Cheney resolution.
It would be good to see where the various "representatives" stand.
Having missed the beginning of his talk, I picked up at article 8, and he's now at 19 of 35, I'm not sure what he is actually doing - just reading into the record his view or trying to get a vote on the articles.
What happens at the end - a congressional vote - nothing, will be most interesting. Will the republicans want to bring on a vote like in the cheney case to embarass the dems? Will the dems want to boot it to committee - given what happened to the cheney resolution then (nothing essentially) what will they do, how brazen can they be in brushing Kucinich off?
Its an overused quote but these really are the times that try national "souls". Hoping Congress doesn't act like the type R variety again.

The National Economic Security And Reformation Act is a law that will restore the Constitution of the United States, and all the benefits of it.
Attempts to implement NESARA over the past eight years since its inception in March of 2000 have failed. This failure has been due to the unbelievable corruption of our government and private sectors working with or for the government.
Over the past number of weeks, attempts to implement NESARA were blocked by people such as Bush and Cheney. But this past June 7, the US Congress petitioned the World Court to block NESARA once and for all. This is being seen as a turning point for the good in that the "sorting between good and bad people" has now reached the highest point: the World Court.
We must all demand that NESARA be implemented!
See this site to learn about NESARA, its history and benefits.
The current updates on NESARA implementation are available via the "Casper Reports" on this site.
Unlike so many in Congress, he doesn't cow tow to the media frenzy.
Bush is such a phoney. He captures CHILDREN and holds them for up to 5 yrs, yet he says he loves life and just hates abortion. I guess he wants many babies born so he has more to hold and torture in detention. What a despicable human being Bush is.
You really think Cheney won't go down with Bush? Even if he had the chance to stay in office, he wouldn't dare snitch on ole' george would he?
This is great news. I got an email from Kucinich that this was on Cspan. Now, will Pelosi do the right thing, or will she just throw it "off the table" and cow-tow to her King George/AKA, Lil Shrubb?
Funny, it isn't even breaking news on MSM. Go figure. No shock there.

Its about time! this should have begun back when the Democrats took majority of congress. When they took impeachment off the table this only emboldened Bush's arrogant disregard for the rule of law and the constitution.
Thirty five is only a small amount of the improper actions Bush has demonstrated. Look at illegal immigration, he believed in ignoring our immigration laws so big business could profit from low wage illegal workers. Bush basically believes in supporting whatever big business asks for without ever considering the effects on American citizens, future economic consequences and future national security consequences.
To Bush America is nothing more than a collection of multinational corporations who wish to write their own laws and ignore those that may hinder their profits. He and most of the Republican party are just mere spokesmen for these greedy corporations who hold no country as their own.

Kudos and many, many thanks to Dennis Kucinich. One of the only decent House of Representatives members in Congress. Pelosi, Conyers, Reid, and anyone else that has actively been delaying the required impeachments of Bush and Cheney should also be brought up on impeachment investigations. This country and her citizens deserve nothing less than a full open and complete investigation of the entire Bush administration and Congress in which the complete truth is published before the whole world. Naturally, criminal indictments should be issued for anyone that has violated their oaths of office and the Constitution of these United States of America. God(of your choice) Bless Dennis Kucinich and all of his supporters. Justice must be served or this country will have lost it's way as a free and Democratic Republic.

This may be the most historic moment in American history in 200 years!
In the words of Thomas Jefferson, : "...and when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is (OUR) right, it is (OUR) duty, to throw off such Government ..."
Thank you, Dennis, for living up to our Declaration of Independence!
You are America's hero!

for your courageous efforts, and the time you've spent this evening in an attempt to right this wronged country of ours. God bless you, the Founding Fathers would be quite proud.
I urge everyone at OpEd to please call the Capitol switchboard tomorrow at 800-862-5530 or 800-828-0498 and ask to speak to your Representative and tell him/her to SUPPORT Representative Dennis Kucinich’s efforts on Impeachment and then again to Representative Kucinich's office to thank him for upholding our Constitution.

Isn't this a waste of time and effort? By the time all the hearings and so forth are held, President Bush will be a private citizen. You can't impeach private citizens.
There is no one but a few members of congress working on accumulating evidence and testimony against President Bush so there is a big hill for the Democrats to climb in a short time. There is no special prosecutor with unlimited amounts of resources available for this. Impeaching President Bush at this point would be argueably political suicide for the Democrats. Convicting him would be pretty much impossible whether he is guilty or not.
This country has a lot of problems and for congress to waste time, money, and efforts on such a quixotic mission when the President is leaving office in 6 months anyway will definitely anger a lot of voters. This Democratic-led congress is already considered the most do-nothing congress in history and this diversion would only add to their shoddy reputation.

You state that the congress is a do-nothing congress and then bash Kucinich's impeachment proceeding as a waste of time. Seems to me like he's giving them some busy work.
Hello... if they are a do-nothing congress -put them to work. I can't think of a better cause.
Peace.

Now that the Articles of Impeachment have been read out clearly by Dennis Kucinich, a good time for a reminder that we must REMOVE Nancy Pelosi, and keeping calling the states' Attorney Generals throughout the day ..
We know that PELOSI will attempt to block impeachment proceedings.
Pelosi must NOT be allowed to serve as Acting President as the Constitution stipulates.
Here is the link to sign the petition for Pelosi’s removal as Speaker of the House ..
I have previously posted the SPECIAL PROSECUTOR INFORMATION which gives you the precise international war crimes that have been violated!
I salute Dennis Kucinich! and We the People will have PLENTY more to say during upcoming days about these INTERNATIONAL VIOLATIONS and the information warfare that has been directed against us for these past years.
Today is a day to be calling your states' Attorney Generals and telling them you expect them to uphold the RULE OF LAW and obey their oaths of office !!
Both McCain and Obama have real legal problems in their faces right now.
Obama still holds title to the house that FELON Rezko sold him;
John McCain has had his ties to Abramoff coming out into the open (remember they ripped off the native casinos! and stole from the titleholders in the United States). Mc Cain is NOT a natural born US citizen either which is a Constitutional violation ..
Remember .. we must demand a special TORTURE prosecutor who understands the full weight of INTERNATIONAL LAWS.
Press on to see that ALL the administration's CRIMES are fully prosecuted !!
