Corporate America has Lost its Soul

"Corporate Executives and Managers make decisions based only on profits for the next quarter - without any regard to the long term health of the company - nor how it will affect their employees, customers or society."

They are only worried about impressing Wall Street for the upcoming quarter.

Management will risk customer service and other critical company functions just to add a few dollars to the bottom line for that particular quarter or until their next promotion or retirement.
