Tell A Friend

from RescueAmerica of Secular Humanist: I think they bonded and a friendship came out of the debate.

You have to admit these are two strong willed individuals with clear and decisive expectations and ideas and ideas about what they see as ethical and moral, and they agreed on a lot of items.  But then politics reared it's ugly head again.

from John of Secular Humanist:

Wow, what debate were you watching? The one I saw had Palin everywhere but on point! She showed us exactly what we thought, that she is NOT qualified to be the VP candidate and she was just selected because she was a woman!

from RescueAmerica: OMG!!!

She rocked!!!!

Actually, I think it was an even debate and both were balanced and on point for their conceptions of what our country is.

from Citation again: U.S. relations with Israel than do I (and I know almost nothing other than headlines):   Is the view of American Jews generally that the Bush Administration has been a disaster for Israel (the assertion that Biden was making tonight).   As I say, I don't have a view, so will be interested in the better informed views of others.Palin seemed to be saying that Bush has been just hunky dory re: Israel; Biden was saying Bush has been a disaster toward Israel's interests.

Herb Snyder again:  I would still enjoy spending an evening talking with her.  She is delightfully daffy, and it would be fun.  I would also counsel her to stay out of public office........

Sherry of Secular Humanist:  I can't stand to watch her. Palin is such an ass. Do people really fall for her fake smiles, her winks, her strange voice..!!Biden is doing great!Palin still can't answer a question directly. I'll give it a few more minutes.sherry

Marion, Privately: Sarah Palin presented a wonderful model of how a lady conducts
herself in this world beyond the glass ceiling,
and Joe Biden presented a wonderful model of how a ~~TRUE~~ gentleman treats a lady with whom he's having a debate, in the land beyond the glass ceiling. ------------------------------------------

Ron again from Election____2008: Let's get this real, real straight - right here and now: Anyone supporting Sarah Palin is a damn fool and downright unAmerican! Well why would that be so? BECAUSE, for one thing, Palin chided Biden and anti-Bush groups by saying that anyone knocking Bush was just lving in the past and not looking forward. This b---h snapped this fluff non-chalantly, as if tossing a Handi-wipe in the trashcan. Has this unit ever heard of accountability? Has she no sense whatsoever of accountability? Apparently not....she just wants to "move-on."What in the WORLD would the late George Carlin say about Sarah Palin? Just the thought is hilarious..r o n

from Greg Moderator, Secular Humanist: Hi Lauren and All! She certainly played through as Sarah the cartoon. But I don't think she did McCain or the ticket any favors.Just my opinion. What's everybody's?Greg

from Nancy Cunningham of Dallas Air America on why Didn't Biden Accept Her Challenge to have several more debates:
