To reverse this deficiency in U.S. corporate management skills will take a generation. But we have no choice. Starting with a Congressional mandate that any auto company seeking financial aid must first flush from its top ranks the current crop of CEOs, COOs, & CFOs and bring in sensible, competent, proven managers from other industries, we can re-charge our industrial generator and re-energize U.S. corporations again. But Congress must first say "Good Bye"- to the folks who flew in last week on their private jets and their corporate staffs.
