We think you are all crazy."

It doesn't have to be this way. There are people that can support us in this change.

For example, Chris Tazreiter of Canberra, Australia, and his wife, Karen, work as coaches, mentors and speakers to people all around the world through The Coaching Cafe (link below). They are co-authors of E=OB2 -- THE THEORY OF HUMAN RELATIVITY.. Chris is also a Reconnective Healing Practitioner, and a student of everything that is our human Energy. His work takes him into the area of corporate wellness coaching,

In his work, Chris uses the formula, E=OB 2 , where E= Energy; O=Outcomes; B=Beliefs; and B 2= our Beliefs about our Beliefs.

In essence, the formula states that a change in beliefs equals a change in outcomes with the result of increased energy. Yet, if we believe that change cannot occur, then change does not occur which produces lower amounts of energy within a universe that is infinite in energy.

Thus, in our world, if we do not challenge our beliefs about being dependent on corporations and government, then we will have negative outcomes and our energy level will be lowered. However if we were to empower ourselves by (a) challenging our current beliefs; and (b) letting those beliefs make way to more empowering ones, then we will increase our energy. This in turn should change our behavior.

If we want real change, we need to be that change. Surrendering it to legislatures, presidents, courts and corporations is not going to spark real change. What it does get us is more of the same. We have to break the pattern.

To help people foster change, Chris belongs to the Shift movement. In essence, the Shift movement is an organization that fosters change in people. The Shift movement is geared towards empowering people from the bottom up. We are moving from giving away our power to corporate government in exchange for salary and "security" to finding the universal power inate within ourselves, our groups, and our ecosystem. In this fashion, the Shift movement people reflect the power structure of the 99% movement.

Chris states,

I find it difficult these days to answer the question 'What do you do?' It is a traditional opening when people meet, yet for me, because I no longer identify myself by what I do, or by my achievements, possessions and goals, it has become a harder question to answer. 'I experience Life--I am life experiencing Life', would be my intuitive response, thought not one easily given in our current cultural norm.

I am and always will be a father to our 11 children, and a partner to my wife Karen. I play the role of Guide, Mentor and Coach to people all around the world, helping and guiding them to find the same richness in their life that I experience in mine. Helping people find that inner Joy, Love and Peace we were all born with, and learning to live Life without the stress and pressure that the human story has taught us so far.

The goal of Shift, with whom Chris works, is to engage people into higher orders of cooperation and complexity. Chris and his wife, Karen, so through the Coaching Cafe. This process gets people to question their core beliefs and helps them discover their truth, or purpose in this life. Now, many rationalists would say there is no purpose in life. However, if you attend to the way Nature works, everything functions in relationship to everything else and serves the entire planet. Indeed, I would state that our purpose on this Earth is to support all life.

To illustrate, the relationship of carnivore to vegetarian is that of predator and prey. We see these two as enemies. Yet, seen from the vantage point of an ecosystem, that relationship helps to control the population of the plant eaters and thus maintains a healthy balance between the two. Similarly, for the meat eaters, microorganisms that produce disease that brings the great hunters down serve the same purpose. Thus, in a well functioning ecosystem, the meat eaters and plant eaters balance as reciprocal par ticipants in a symbiotic unit . Our bodies are meant to be fed as well as to be food. Do not fall for the human arrogance that says you are top of the food chain. One encounter with a blood sucking flying insect will tell you otherwise. Indeed, that insect thinks she is top of the food chain until a frog gets hold of her. The "chain" when seen in clearer perspective is actually a Moebius Loop. Life consumes and is consumed in a self-actualizing loop.

Everything exists for the sake of everything else. As Christ is said to die for the sake of all humankind, we are destined to die for the sake of everything else. Meditate on this for a moment: We all function for the sake of everything else. Your life, my life, is for everything else. As much as Christ is said by Christians to live for the sake of the world, then so do you and I. Its the same with our death. Our realization is not contained in a belief in an ancient man. It is in realizing who we are in our essence.

In line with this idea, the Shift Movement believes that as we change ourselves, the world changes. The question becomes, are we ready to challenge ourselves in moving forward? Or, do we continue blaming government and corporations for our problems? Can we challenge our belief systems and behaviors to be the change we want and need in the world as Gandhi advised?

We cannot continue surrendering our power outward. Eve does not need to be subservient to Adam, be he in the form of a physical man or in the form of a corporation/government that oversees the "Labor Classes." Labor is a feminine function. It is now time that we who labor say "no more" to the Man and his Patriarchal God that curses our creativity. The curse of our labor being in pain and our being subservient to the Man needs to end. As reflected in Genesis 1:27 of the Bible, we are all created in the image of God "Male and Female created (S)He them."
