Irresponsible doesn't even begin to describe the administration's stance. The planet's temperature is rising. Sea levels are rising. The climate is changing and our global ecosystem is endangered. What else is new? At a time when international cooperation is needed more than ever, the United States has become a garrison state more interested in invading other countries than in working with them. We have cut ourselves off from the world, and all of us will ultimately pay the price.
