Should John Conyers Hold Impeachment Hearings Anyway?

Rep Dennis Kucinich has 2 Impeachment Bills pending in the House Judiciary Committee, one against Cheney, H.Res. 333/799, and one against Bush, H.Res. 1258, CLICK HERE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BDZ8seg4Nr4, citing 35 Articles of Impeachment, CLICK HERE http://www.afterdowningstreet.org/busharticles

Both impeachment bills are "privileged resolutions", which require "immediate action" by Congress, but with no action taken by the House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers.

On June 9, 2008, Rep Dennis Kucinich vowed to quickly add 60 more Articles of Impeachment against George W. Bush if immediate impeachment hearings were not commenced within 30 days.

The House Speaker Nancy Pelosi took impeachment "off the table" for Cheney and Bush, thereby very effectively nullifying the nation's Constitution for the reign of any imperial presidency, unaccountable to the American people for anything.

The House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers does not favor any impeachment hearings during the closing days of the 110th Democratic Congress, and instead, has vowed to document everything for his next democratic president Barack Obama.

Should Chairman John Conyers go ahead anyway and hold immediate impeachment hearings on the 2 impeachment bills pending on his shelf?

NO, Conyers should not
YES, Conyers should uphold the nation's Constitution and hold immediate impeachment hearings.
