Should Americans be allowed to withold taxes for military spending?
Currently, in the checks and balances of American society, there is no way for tax payers and other related stakeholders--such as their children and other dependents--to withhold money from military spending (or even CIA spending) on moral or philosophic grounds.
At the same time, the U.S. military and CIA cn spend millions if not billions of dollars influencing congress and millions of citizen stakeholders. They can also mine data from Homeland Security to target American youth. See

Do you think this imbalance needs to be lessened by changing the tax system? i.e. allowing taxes to be redirected or withheld?
