Not content to deprive the Venezuelan people of rice, President Hugo Chavez has decided to steal... I mean expropriate fishing boats. El Universal reports (in English) that thirty will be taken. If the red paratrooper continues to nationalize and control food industries hunger may very well become a serious problem there.
