With the above observation of Dr Field's in mind, and in connection with the particular set of "government bullying" type issues and thegrowing number of problems associated with my long drawn out case (which has been dragging on, and on, for well over 10 years now), a special section containing some outline information on the "serial bully", or "administrative psychopath", or "sociopath", as they are sometimes referred to in more recent times, has now been added at the following Internet location:
