Under rule by law, the law can serve as a mere tool for a government that suppresses (large sections of the PEOPLE and of the TRUTH) in a legalistic fashion."

Information relating to this much neglected though very important subject was yesterday sent by e-mail to a selection of senior police officers, politicians, and media outlets.
