PROOF OF CORRUPTION BY
US PRESIDENTIAL HOPEFUL
MARYLAND ATTORNEY GENERAL DOUGLAS F. GANSLER
TORONTO , CANADA: June 19, 2011 -- American Environmentalist Dianne Pearce is seeking refugee protection in Canada from years of persecution orchestrated by Maryland Attorney General Douglas F. Gansler and his associates.
Gansler has expressed his interest in a future US Presidential bid and is even quoted as saying he wants to be the first Jewish President of the United States.
Pearce has prepared a web site documenting over 10 years of persecution and terrorization led by the Maryland State Office of the Attorney General.
Pearce says she fled to Canada fearing for her life. She says Gansler illegally jailed her in August 2007 for two weeks to coerce her to sign over ownership of a property owned by the Chesapeake Wildlife Sanctuary to the State of Maryland. Pearce founded CWS in 1980 and served as its President and Executive Director. The Sanctuary was headquartered in Maryland, just 15-minutes outside of Washington, DC.
"I
knew that I was not safe if I remained in the United States. I needed a
place where I could speak my truth without fear of more illegal imprisonment
and persecution" says Pearce. "I was born and raised in the DC area and
I've seen first hand how corrupt many elements of state and federal politics
can be."
"I also needed a safe place where I could begin to heal and to learn to trust again," said Pearce. "Canada has been an incredibly safe and nurturing place for me. I've been blessed to be admitted into several programs designed to help people heal from traumatic experiences while I've been here in Canada."
A hearing is scheduled before the Canadian Immigration and Refugee Board on July 4, 2011 at 1pm in Toronto to hear Pearce's case.
Toronto immigration law firm, Niren and Associates ( www.visaplace.com ) has offered to represent Pearce at the July 4th hearing however a payment of $5,000 is required to retain her attorney.
A Legal Defense Fund has been established to accept donations supporting Pearce.
