The Health care debate has become blurred, politicised and blatantly mischaracterized. To tell me I don't like the "reform" simply because President Obama has some black blood in him is insulting. Let's be clear what it is that many people shouldn't like about this particular "reform"

If it is mandatory with no kind of Government option, then what we have is the Government extorting money from each and every citizen, under threat of incarceration, and handing that money over to our FOR PROFIT Insurance corporations. If that isn't classic Fascism then I don't know what is.

The demagoguery of accusing racism and hate to obscure what may have been some kind of conversation on this issue is just what's exactly wrong with our CORPORATE CONTROLLED FASCIST Government. That Barack Obama has some hue makes this no less than what it is. This is just as bad as any of the for profit wars stemming from 911 under GW Bush with those outrageous no bid no choice contracts. Perhaps more so since Barack Obama ran on a platform, and gave so many speeches promising change.

I see no change. Do you notice that the for profit wars are humming along better than ever under the cover and diversion of the Health Care "debate"? It's just now different corporations are stepping up to get paid or collect tribute.

Sadly, it's true, we get the Government we deserve, and simply voting makes no real difference anymore. Did it ever?

What is worth fighting for?


 

I watch and consider. In this flow, some things touch me and often I may choose to respond, or not. Just because I pay attention doesn't mean subjects-objects aren't ignored. I am often amazed at how the word streams from impressions once (more...)
