::::::::

Bob Fitrakis is going tomorrow and Dr. Rebecca Mercuri is going after that. The trial lineup on Monday December 19th is me, the Prissy Patriot, Bob, then Rebecca.

We NOW need volunteers to help us complete the Signature Audit of Franklin County. Contact Squire at above number to work this week. We are auditing the books at the BOE Warehouse, 1719 Alum Creek Drive from 8 AM till 5 PM. We may return on Thursday and Friday, but call to confirm.

Can't inform people because my email (gmail) is experiencing technical difficulties.

Sometimes I feel like I'm in a dog and pony show,
And sometimes I'm immersed in a vision which upends normal priorities.

"I was moving to a beat that I never felt before
So I opened up my eyes and I took a look around
Saw it written across the sky
The revolution starts now

"The revolution starts now, when you rise above the fear
Tear your walls around you down
The revolution starts here

"When you wake and where you play
Where you lay your body down
What you do and what you say
The revolution starts now
...
"Last nite I had a dream that the world had turned around
All our hopes had come to be and the people gathered round
They had brought what they could bring no one bothered over that.
There were some insane The revolution starts now."

~Steve Earl

I got the following words into the public record, when asked why I didn't vote:

"I don't trust the machines (long pause while County "Prosecutor" Patrick Piccininni took notes); they violate international agreement to which the U.S. is a signatory."

Then after an even longer pause, I added, "They violate international law as to what constitutes a Fair Vote Count."

But during "fair vote count" pit bull Pat screamed at the court reporter, "Strike that from the record!" He ranted a bit further and I was grateful to have said as much as I did.

I refused to provide my home address. PEECH-uh-NEEN-ee assured me I would provide it in court next Monday. He asked several other personal details which I did answer.

On Feb. 1, I prepared the following:

To all sentient beings who care about these matters:

* I had no prior knowledge about Richard Hayes Phillips filing a Declaration in Federal Court which included the evidence we gathered in Ohio in 2006. I learned about it after it was filed. See his northnet/minstrel blogspot.

* Since December 2004, I promoted thru blogs, emails, flyers and by word of mouth all election integrity, voter rights, election reform, or election justice gatherings, conferences, or public hearings held in Ohio of which I had prior knowledge.

* Since December 2005, I have been paid to do research and investigation relating to elections. A small portion of paid work included editing and/or rewrites. From then until February 2007, I have been paid for about a fourth of the work I do on behalf of election integrity, voter rights, election reform, or election justice.

* I have never been paid for an opinion-editorial piece of writing. I have, however, received donations to support my public education efforts on democracy.

*In sum, I earned a little under $7,000 in 13 months as a public servant, and gained an education in the details of how elections are or can be run, and in some of the dynamics of power as they are played out in the political world.

This has been an expensive education in political and/or election science, and so far well worth it. I feel proud of myself even though I occasionally worry about food and shelter.

History books are written by the victors; blogs are written by the people as history happens. It has been wonderful to experience free speech in a national conversation about such matters. I appreciate the education gained by following these convos.

I also hugely appreciate the opportunity to present my research in the public domain, and, especially, being paid to do work in matters of great concern to me. My research services remain available can fly anywhere for work.
