W Bush - Charge: War Crimes.

When W. Bush attacked and invaded Iraq without securing a new war resolution as required, from the United Nations Security Council [a signed Treaty], his invasion, occupation, and everything that followed became a War of Aggression, totally illegal and immoral from the very first day.
