I have discovered a powerful way to live life in a way that is profoundly satisfying and that occurred when I incorporated a "mantra" into my life on a daily basis. And here it is:
Thank you, Father,
Thank you, Lord,
Thank you, Blessed Mother.
I say this mantra all day long to myself. It is amazing the state of elevation that occurs as a result of saying the mantra.
Indeed, it is impossible to get blue at all because of the use of this mantra and I urge anyone here who suffers from depression to use this mantra.
