"2013 will be the European Year of Citizens"
by W. Finnerty Thu Jan 03, 2013 09:32
"The better the men and women of Europe understand their rights as EU citizens, the more informed the decisions they can take in their personal lives, and the more vibrant democratic life in Europe can be at all levels." (From: http://ec.europa.eu/citizenship/european-year-of-citizens-2013/index_en.htm)
However, and despite a number of reminders, I have still not received any reply -- not even an acknowledgement of receipt -- from The Right Honourable The Baroness Ashton of Upholland, who is also the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catherine_Ashton), in response to the registered letter I sent to her on December 21st 2009, which was titled:
"The universality and indivisibility of human rights."
A scanned copy of the registered letter in question, together with scanned copies of the associated Post Office receipts, can be viewed at:
As can be seen on the scanned copy of the "E-mail/Registered Letter" to Baroness Ashton at the www address just above, copies of the letter were also sent (through the registered post as well) to former Republic of Ireland Prime Minister Brian Cowan TD, and to former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown MP.
To date, I have not have not received any reply from either of the two former Prime Ministers for my registered letters dated December 21st 2009 to them: not even an acknowledgement of receipt. Scanned copies of the associated Post Office receipts for the two letters in question can also be viewed at the www address provided just above.
Additionally, a "full text" version of my very closely associated e-mail (and registered letter) of December 21st 2009 to Baroness Ashton can also be viewed at the www address just above; and, as can clearly be seen, the e-mail version was copied to (among others) several senior Republic of Ireland, UK, and European Union politicians and lawyers: who, so far, appear (to me) to be all STILL completely ignoring the entire contents of my December 21st 2009 e-mail in question to them.

The "1%", the "99%", AND the "0.01%" ...
However, despite Abraham Lincoln's untimely death by assassination just a few days after his victory over the slavery issue, his "Spirit" nevertheless lives on very strongly in his writings (now more easy than ever to access via the Internet). Thus this Spirit of his, combined with the fairly recently arrived and relatively new "help of the Internet", might still be able to facilitate "humanity as a whole" in bringing the "Money Power Psychopaths", and the several corruption-ridden, crime-ridden, cover-up ridden, and impunity-ridden puppet-governments who are supporting them in many parts of the world, "back into line": in terms of CONSTITUTIONAL LAW particularly; and, to keep them there for the remainder of human history, by peaceful and lawful means.
The excerpt just above is from an e-mail sent yesterday (January 2nd 2013) to Republic of Ireland Chief Justice Susan Denham.
The full text of the e-mail, which was copied to several of her legal profession colleagues, and to a selection of law-firms which includes one closely connected with Republic of Ireland Justice Minister Alan Shatter TD, can be viewed at:
