However, and despite a number of reminders, I have still not received any reply -- not even an acknowledgement of receipt -- from The Right Honourable The Baroness Ashton of Upholland, who is also the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catherine_Ashton), in response to the registered letter I sent to her on December 21st 2009, which was titled:
"The universality and indivisibility of human rights."

To date, I have not have not received any reply from either of the two former Prime Ministers for my registered letters dated December 21st 2009 to them: not even an acknowledgement of receipt. Additionally, a "full text" version of my very closely associated e-mail (and registered letter) of December 21st 2009 to Baroness Ashton can also be viewed at the www address just above; and, as can clearly be seen, the e-mail version was copied to (among others) several senior Republic of Ireland, UK, and European Union politicians and lawyers: who, so far, appear (to me) to be all STILL completely ignoring the entire contents of my December 21st 2009 e-mail in question to them.
