I'm disappointed by the irresponsible medical statements in this article. It is especially alarming that the already discredited hydroxychloroquine treatment would be revisited. In addition to the fact that it has been shown to be ineffective and unsafe, its promotion by Donald Trump has forced lupus patients to go without much needed treatment.
