I'm talking with the Center for Constitutional Rights about their taking on a class action lawsuit over the airline travel harassment list maintained by DHS. They said it would need to be a class action, not just a single case. If you have evidence (SSSS or other marks on your boarding pass indicating that you need to be given "the treatment," could you send me your email, so I can add you to the list for such a lawsuit?
