CIA sacked Baghdad station chief after deaths of 2 detainees

In contrast to well-documented abuses at Abu Ghraib and the Guantanamo Bay detention center, much remains unknown about the fate of detainees under CIA control. At least five are thought to have died, and the whereabouts of dozens of other "ghost detainees," whom the U.S. government has never acknowledged holding, is unknown.
