DOJ Whistleblower Defends Decision to Leak Bush Spy Program In Light of NSA Law Breaking

NYT is reporting the NSA has been intercepting private e-mail messages and phone calls of Americans in recent months on a scale that went beyond the broad legal limits established by Congress. Thomas Tamm, the whistleblower in the spy operation, called the paper from a subway pay phone and revealed the existence of the Bush's secret domestic surveillance program.
