US building 'security wall' in Baghdad's Sadr City

Concrete barriers, placed to prevent suicide bomber attacks, are not new. The one between Sadr City and the Green Zone is being used to make it easier to do reconstruction. Grim as it sounds, article goes on to tabulate the bombings in other parts of the world, also. "Walls" are increasingly used in other places, also.
