All eyes on China as UN mulls N.Korea sanctions

World powers are haggling over how to punish North Korea for its nuclear test, with all eyes on China and whether it would back tough sanctions by the UN Security Council. China dispatched a high-level delegation to the US and Russia overnight to discuss the crisis and a US-authored, revised draft resolution at the Council that would impose tough sanctions on the North Korea.
