The Case For Legalizing Coca

The war on drugs has failed, and has demonized an important aspect of traditional Andean culture.  Coca legalization is moving forward in South America and it's time the rest of the world joins in.  Marijuana legalization is spreading throughout the West, and other drug legalizations should join.
