Attorney General is Duty Bound to Enforce the Verdict - Do You Agree?

By Lance Ciepiela

Found guilty of crimes against peace, war crimes, and torture - George W. Bush, Richard Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Alberto Gonzales, David Addington, William Haynes II, Jay Bybee, John Yoo, and the Attorney General, who believes that "no one is above the law", is duty bound to enforce the verdict and prosecute the tried and convicted war criminals to the fullest extent of the law - do you agree?

Will Attorney General Eric Holder enforce the Bush Jr War Crimes Verdict?

On the charge of Crime of Torture and War Crimes, the tribunal finds the accused persons - former U.S. President George W. Bush and his associates, namely
Richard Cheney, former U.S. Vice President,
Donald Rumsfeld, former Defense Secretary,
Alberto Gonzales, then Counsel to President Bush,
David Addington, then General Counsel to the Vice-President,
William Haynes II, then General Counsel to Secretary of Defense,
Jay Bybee, then Assistant Attorney General, and
John Choon Yoo, former Deputy Assistant Attorney-General
guilty as charged and convicted as war criminals for Torture and Cruel, Inhumane and Degrading Treatment of the Complainant War Crime Victims.

The Tribunal recommends to the War Crimes Commission to give the widest international publicity to this conviction and grant of reparations, as these are universal crimes for which there is a responsibility upon nations to institute prosecutions if any of these Accused persons may enter their jurisdictions..

The internationally tried and convicted war criminals [ George W. Bush and his Associates ] remain at large in the United States but the Attorney General Eric Holder, who believes that "no one is above the law", and sworn to uphold "the laws of the land", and our treaties, and our Constitution, is sworn and duty bound to enforce the War Crimes Tribunal Verdict [ GUILTY ] - prosecute the criminals to the fullest extent of the law.

Lance Ciepiela is a retired senior who had an interesting career in government service - a United States Marine Corps (USMC) Vietnam-Era veteran, who became interested in restoring the Constitution after I realized that W Bush had attacked Iraq on false pretense and got away with it. First thing I asked myself on 9/11 as the two planes smashed into the Twin Towers was - "where are the interceptors"? - this could not have been a terrorist attack with NORAD nowhere in sight to defend our skies not even at the Pentagon. My hope (Hope is a Great Source of Strength - Simon Murray) for restoring the Constitution is that Congress, the White House, and Justice Department, will get back to the "rule of law" by bringing W Bush to justice - and every Representative and Senator in Congress, and the President, would finally arrive at the "third stage" of accepting the truth about 9/11 = "knew it all along", was preset explosives and precisely timed demolitions going off in all three towers and was not the office fires or the two planes that brought the three towers down like the officials said.
