Activists, The threats of nuclear weapons (bombs) is increasing every day. They can be delivered by plane, ship, drones, space weapons, Missile Defense missiles, battlefield missiles, submarines or other means.

The following two (2) links cover the vast array of nuclear submarines from the United States, Russia, Britain, France, China, India, Brazil (under development) and Pakistan (under development). Needless to say the threat of the use of these weapons of destruction is vastly increasing and posing more and more danger to the earth - and all life forms upon it.

It would seem that with these submarines moving about, undetected, throughout all the oceans , and possibly rivers or lakes, there is virtually no safe place left upon the earth... Disarmament is certainly needed here.

In addition to the inherent dangers the costs of billions of dollars spent by all countries involved is being kept from social services and other more humane developments that would benefit billions of people worldwide.
