The above excerpt is from an e-mail sent last Friday (October 10th 2014) to a selection of people, and groups of people: mostly consisting of lawyers and law firms. A copy of the "full e-mail" used can be viewed at:

As can be seen at the www address just above, local ( Republic of Ireland ) politician -- Prime Minister Enda Kenny TD -- is among those the above-mentioned e-mail was copied to.

William Finnerty is back living in the Republic of Ireland at the present time, which is where he was born and where he grew up.
