If Anyone Knows of a Crime We Do Not
By Lance Ciepiela
They were the enablers in the early lawless decades of the 21st Century who 'went along to get along' with W Bush on his rampage of fear and terror in the United States and throughout the world.
::::::::

Nancy Pelosi 'if anyone knows of a crime' ?
Freezing prisoners to near death, repeated beatings, long forced standing, waterboarding, cold showers in air conditioned rooms, stress positions [Arrest mit Verschaerfung - enhanced interrogation], withholding of medicine and leaving wounded or sick prisoners alone in cells for days on end - all these have occurred at US detention camps under the command of President George W Bush, and over a hundred documented deaths have occurred in these interrogation sessions - Source
The Accused persons had committed the Crime of Torture and War Crimes, in that: the Accused persons had willfully participated in the formulation of executive orders and directives to exclude the applicability of all international conventions and laws, namely the Convention against Torture 1984, Geneva Convention III 1949, Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the United Nations Charter in relation to the war launched by the U.S. and others in Afghanistan (in 2001) and in Iraq (in March 2003); additionally, and/or on the basis and in furtherance thereof, the Accused persons authorized, or connived in, the commission of acts of torture and cruel, degrading and inhuman treatment against victims in violation of international law, treaties, and conventions including the Convention against Torture 1984, and the Geneva Conventions, including Geneva Convention III 1949 - Source
A lawless 21st Century begins in earnest - compliments of W Bush. Then come the enablers - those sworn in to serve, defend the Constitution, and uphold our laws and treaties, but lacking the will, resolve, and strength, to maintain justice and respect for the rule of law in the early decades of the new Century:
Nancy Pelosi - "as I've always said impeachment is off the table" for W Bush and his associates.
Harry Reid - "impeaching the president is so far-fetched it's ridiculous".
Barack Obama - "no one is above the law", but a "need to look forward" - thereby dooming any respect for justice and the rule of law in the early decades of the new Century.
John Boehner - expressed no interest in impeaching the Republican President W Bush citing "more pressing matters at hand" - however, quickly voted to impeach Democrat President Bill Clinton.
Lance Ciepiela is a retired senior who had an interesting career in government service - a United States Marine Corps (USMC) Vietnam-Era veteran, who became interested in restoring the Constitution after I realized that W Bush had attacked Iraq on false pretense and got away with it. First thing I asked myself on 9/11 as the two planes smashed into the Twin Towers was - "where are the interceptors"? - this could not have been a terrorist attack with NORAD nowhere in sight to defend our skies not even at the Pentagon. My hope (Hope is a Great Source of Strength - Simon Murray) for restoring the Constitution is that Congress, the White House, and Justice Department, will get back to the "rule of law" by bringing W Bush to justice under our laws and treaties - and every Representative and Senator in Congress, and the President, would finally arrive at the "third stage" of accepting the truth about 9/11 = "knew it all along", was preset explosives and precisely timed demolitions going off in all three towers and was not the office fires or the two planes that brought the three towers down like the officials said.
