"It is time to put the Judiciary back in its proper place."

By William Finnerty

"The most important constitutional issues of this generation concern the meaning of the rule of law and the ability of the people to enforce true law by restraining runaway activist judges. For decades, such judges have been simply making up law. What is worse, liberal and conservative lawmakers have been reinforcing such behaviour by treating such rulings as if they are legitimate." "Very good article in Guardian (UK Newspaper)"
-- from post at http://www.indymedia.ie/article/96602#comment269035

I can't agree, but I don't know if the Guardian's very worrying omissions are the result of ignorance or cunning.

There is no mention in their article of the highly destructive role played by our grossly corrupt legal profession in getting us into the almighty financial mess we're now in, thanks to their unfaltering support for unconstitutional legislation throughout the years since the Republic of Ireland signed the United Nations Aarhus Convention Agreement in 1998, and possibly since before then even.

Also, there is no mention in the Guardian article of the way the Republic of Ireland's vast oil and gas resources (valued at 5.4 trillion Euros) could be used to get us all back on our feet financially: if only our grossly corrupt and "runaway activist" judges could somehow be prevented from supporting the unconstitutional activities which means these natural resources of ours are all going to be given away apparently (to people such as Lord Jacob Rothschild and Queen Beatrix of Holland perhaps?).

It is still the case that no reply -- not even an acknowledgement of receipt -- has been received from EU Foreign Minister Lady Ashton, from former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown MP, or from Republic of Ireland Prime Minister Brian Cowen TD to the set of three registered letters sent to them referred to at the Internet address just above.

For future reference purposes a copy of the above text was earlier today placed in an e-mail to EU President Herman Van Rompuy which can be viewed at the following Internet location:

As can be seen at the address immediately above, UK Prime Minister David Cameron MP, and United States President Barack Obama are among those included in the addressee lists.

Alta Vista translation facilities (for several languages) are available at the Internet address just above.
