Some GOOD news for once!

WHAT A WONDERFUL WEEK THIS WAS! With all the nonsense – and I mean NON-sense that has been going on two (2) news items have finally stopped the snowball of vitriol and gutter snipping. The rescue and homecoming of a Captain and crew of an American cargo vessel was the start of a wonderful week of good news. The Navy seals did an unbelievable job. The story of Susan Boyle – an Angelic singer was the grand finale and brought the World to tears.

I am known as Dr. Doom Jr. because I hide in the shadows of Nouriel Roubini and give the economic reports from "Main Street" - but I finally took pause and realized how only 2 people can affect the entire WORLD with positive emotion. Of course there will be a naysayer who will bash the Americans for killing 3 pirates. "Tuff stuff". That was the risk they took – If you are armed, expect to be treated in the same manner. Of course there will be those who will trivialize the talents of Ms. Boyle – Can they bring the entire World to tears? I doubt it.

Let us ALL CELEBRATE that we are in fact a race of HUMANS, which have feelings and emotions and common sense which joins us ALL together as Humans. Tell your closest loved one or significant other how much you love them – Relax for the moment and enjoy Spring flowers. Have a great day and hope we have some more great news like we have had recently. Enjoy the moment – rest assured bad news will return – What is wrong with us anyway?
