Huckabee's Middle East Solution

Apparently fresh from his friendly neighborhood Cineplex watching the newly released "District Nine",and with a pocketful of Israeli Real Estate Developer's travel cash; former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee headed to Israel to tell them how to solve their Palestinian Problem. In short, he expounds the need for a separate Palestinian State, but not contiguous with Israel's borders.
The good preacher did not go the extra mile and suggest a potential site for this State. Liberia has already been taken. Alcatraz is too small. Perhaps Devil's Island is available? We wait with bated breath for the next installment of International Diplomacy, Arkansas Style.
