By 2011... Funny, If It Wasn't So Sad

By Jonathan Leigh Solomon

Includes a link to a one minute film that celebrates the return of our troops... and the sentiments of a soldier who should know better.

::::::::

The 110th Congress didn't bring the troops home. John McCain isn't interested in bringing the troops home. Barack Obama wants to redeploy the  troops to another unnecessary, likely quagmire in Afghanistan. And, last week President  Bush decides he wants to bring the troops home by 2011.

It would be funny if it's weren't so sad, laughable if it wasn't so obscene, farcical if it's wasn't so tragic. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xFpL2N9K9qA

Prior to consulting with Jonathan, Ford was planning to go with, "Wow, I'm president! Me! Gerry Ford! Now who do I gotta' pardon to keep this gig?"
