Each and every day those who are placed to uphold the will and the laws of the People of the United States of America, prove themselves to be the worst criminals of all. What we thought we had stopped with the defeat of Nazi Germany still lives on in the hearts and minds of many.

The human race is an interesting mix of the intelligence to unravel the mysteries of the universe and absolute stupidity.

We all remember the Nazi death camps where human beings were treated as less than animals and millions were exterminated for nothing more than the twisted agenda of a single mad man. After the truth was revealed to the planet as to what really happened at these camps, the world as a whole vowed that they would never allow such depravity to be inflicted on any race of human on the face of this earth.

At Nuremburg after the war, the persons who did not commit suicide and could be captured, the people responsible for what happened at those camps where brought to trial by the world and most were hung by the neck and the balance were placed in jail for life. As the human race collectively, one would think that we would learn from the depravity and death and punishment that followed this dark time in our history, but the only thing that I can say we learned is how to improve upon what we said we were disgusted by.

For 17 years I have been in a divorce that is the subject of a book that I have coming out shortly and those 17 years are ones that I would not wish on Adolph Hitler. On Friday August 8th 2008 in the Court House of Montgomery County Pennsylvania in front of Judge Thomas P. Rodgers the end to the nightmare would be heard, or so I thought.

My final payment that was due was, for round numbers, $12,000.00. (While the truth is that $21,000.00 of the arrearages were never due, these arrearages added by the "delusions" of Judge Rhonda Lee Daniele of Montgomery County, but you will have to read the book on that story.) In order to finish this matter, I had re-mortgaged the house to get the final payment. (I should point out here that in order to get this loan because of the High Risk based on the history of this case; I had to pay a $5000.00 up front fee and a 12.5% mortgage rate. This alone proves my commitment to resolving this matter.)

Now anyone who has purchased or sold a house knows the basics of what an escrow account is and the title companies which operate them. In my case, the title company put more than enough money in escrow to satisfy the debt to my ex-wife, but did not have a clear payoff amount to issue a check to my ex-wife. As a matter of fact, Judge Thomas P. Rodgers had one figure, my ex-wife's attorney, Amy Newman had another figure, and the title company had a third based on liens and credit reports.

There was one additional problem that had to be resolved, and that was the garnishment of my wages. An amount between $320 to $749 dollars was not posted to the account. I personally know of a case where at closing the person held up the closing for an extra 4 hours because the figures were off by $0.25 cents. In this case we are talking about over a thousand dollars between all of the numbers.

On Friday August 8th 2008 in the Court House of Montgomery County Pennsylvania I went in to get an actuate payoff that we all agreed to, a final order closing the case and removing the garnishment of my paycheck and the plan to return the funds that are overpaid by the check(s) not posted to the account. Not one thing in that list was done.

What was done?  During my testimony in court I testified that I had sent a letter to Amy Newman because after the loan had been approved and the monies calculated for escrow, the company where I am the COO received a garnishment order 3 days before the date the money was due in court and now additional money was to be deducted from my paycheck. The problem was that the title company and the bank had issues to resolve. One, how much was taken from my paycheck; and two, the garnishment on my pay brought me outside the criteria for qualification to get the loan.

I testified that the money was placed in escrow by the title company, and that all I was looking for was a number that took into consideration of all the issues including the money in transit from the garnishment. The title company also offered to pay $11,500 immediately and the balance when all monies were accounted for and the final orders issued. During my explanation to the court, Judge Thomas P. Rodgers said and I quote "I have heard enough. I know what this case is all about."

At this point I already knew the outcome of the case. I would be ordered to pay an amount that would be inaccurate and whatever figure Judge Thomas P. Rodgers' non-existent heart decided.

Instead, Judge Thomas P. Rodgers and Amy Newman decided to add insult to injury, and without any accounting to determine an accurate payoff amount, and even after Amy Newman admitted that she had one figure, Domestic Relations had another figure, and then--just to rub it in my face--Judge Thomas P. Rodgers had his own figure which was $90.00 different from Amy Newman's figure, Judge Thomas P. Rodgers ordered the wrong payment (with no consideration for payments not applied or any order to resolve the matter of the garnishment payments not posted) forthwith, and that I be placed in jail until payment is made.

I guess Judge Thomas P. Rodgers figured that if I am in prison I would come up with any payment amount his heart desires, right or wrong, to get out of jail. My problem is that I did not know that extortion had become legal. Stupid me. See if you are off by a $1000.00 at the settlement of your home you can leave, you have that choice, but not so in the Court House of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania in front of Judge Thomas P. Rodgers.

With that, they handcuffed me and placed me in jail. I was given a one-minute phone call prior to be carted off to my day in jail, where I was given lice, had to take a TB shot with a needle whose sterility is suspect, and had women watch me pee--and I got to watch them pee in a jail that was overcrowded by about 300 to 400 (hundred) people.

How and why did this happen?

For the past couple of years, God has placed many blessings on me--some I did not see, some I did and I have seen with time. This day I would see what God wanted me to see and understand right away.

See, even as they escorted me from the courtroom in handcuffs I was at peace and I knew that I would be fine. But there was more. God wanted to humble me and remind me just how far I had come and why he had blessed me these past 2 years, to be his sword against this type of evil that now has its church of worship in our courts, Satan's Church.

When I got to the prison and was placed in the cells with the other prisoners, I had a huge smile on my face. When one of the prisoners asked me why I was smiling so hard, I told him it was because I am free. He immediately replied back to me that just in case I did not notice, I was in jail. I laughed and told him that I was free of my ex-wife. He started laughing and we started talking and I told him how God had given me this peace and that I already knew the outcome of the day.

We started talking more about God and I began to witness for the first time in my life to the men in the cell with me. Some of them were non-believers and some were Muslim, but we all had a very civil conversation about God and religion. While I do not know if any saw a path to follow, all had a seed planted in them.

But it was more than just witnessing. I was to see the abomination of the treatment of human beings that the world thought died with the Nazi's in WWII.

No matter what the crime committed, the people there (the biggest crime was drugs, alcohol and being black in a white county for most) to house prisoners this way was an abomination. But I do believe that the powers that be in Montgomery County Pennsylvania had a reason.

See, the mayor of the borough of Norristown embezzled several million dollars. This left a huge budget shortfall for the county. But how to replace these funds? Based on what I saw and heard from the prisoners the solution the county came up with was "Black Gold".

See, the Federal Government and the State pay the county with tax dollars for every prisoner for every day of incarceration. The more in the prison, the more money that rolls through the door. This is also an abomination but one I have been saying has been going on for years in Montgomery County Pennsylvania, not just in the criminal courts but in the family courts as well where the Judges there are monetary pedophiles using children to make money. I guess I will have to now call the Judges of the criminal courts of Montgomery County "Masters".

America, or should I say most people who live here, would never tolerate this type of treatment of fellow human beings. I know God will hold those accountable on the Day of Judgment, and I ask that all Christian, Muslim and other religions descend in force upon Montgomery County Pennsylvania and demand the ethical and humane treatment of the prisoners of that county. I ask the Black Community Leaders especially to go rescue your people from what is several steps backward towards slavery.

What about me? I will be all right. I have contacted my attorney and have filed a Judicial Conduct complaint. I contacted the ACLU and will testify as an eye witness being an accredited journalist and will sue the County because I have no final order but have paid my ex-wife, my garnishment of my wages is still in place and she will continue to get paid until such time as I can get that removed. But most of all, I know that God's will be done and evil punished. What the Court House of Montgomery County Pennsylvania, Judge Thomas P. Rodgers and all who have helped cover up the abomination veiled as Justice there will reap God's justice three-fold.
