Does Dennis Or Paul Have A Chance?
By Ignacio Fresas
::::::::
First let me say I salute both Dennis Kucinich and Ron Paul for their courage to take on their own political parties for "We The People".Since 9-11 many people have awaken to the realities of what our country has done and is doing here and around the world. Thanks in part to whistle-blowers like Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer, and other Senior Military, Intelligence, Law Enforcement, and Government Officials who Question the 9/11 Commission Report.
After having the knowledge that Iraq did not have any WMD's this administration pushed forward to war by linking that country to 9-11 in any way possible, as discovered in the After Downing Street documents. The fact is 15 of the 19 hijackers were from Saudi Arabia and not Iraq.
If you remember the initial polls at that time showed that less than 30% of us were against the war in Iraq, which were mostly, left leaning individuals because Neo-Cons were out in full force on every major news program repeating the same lines over and over with little or no dissenting coverage. Now more than 70% of the population is against what has now become an unending occupation.
We have seen many bills that have passed through Congress and the Senate that has destroyed our individual liberties all in the name of some ghost called terrorism, a tactic that has been with man since the beginning of time.
Both Dennis Kucinich and Ron Paul are in the congressional record with NO votes for all 3 of these Constitution destroying bills and a NO vote on the war.
For many of us the direction of this country makes us feel just a bit bi-polar as we watch this country march down the path to fascism as described in Naomi's video below. This administration has used every technique in the book and is still using them on their base. All the while we keep reading of the new actions that this administration is taking that undermined our very existence and leading us to God knows what.
Did I mention National Security Presidential Directive/NSPD 51 and Homeland Security Presidential Directive/HSPD-2. Yes, thats right, in the event of a disaster. You know like a hurricane, the directive assigns sole power to the executive branch of government there by taking all power from the Legislative (Congress and the Senate), and the Judicial Branch. Great another King...Thats all we need.
Many of us feel that another Republican Great Depression is about to befall us. Yes, there were many factors that played into what helped bring along "The Great Depression" by the bankers of the time. Dennis and Paul describe our current situation as all the money is flowing up, so did it in the 20"s as written about in his memoirs "Beckoning Frontiers" by Federal Reserve Chairman Marriner Eccles, he spoke about the " Inequality of Wealth and Income."
"Instead of achieving that kind of distribution, a giant suction pump had by 1929-30 drawn into a few hands an increasing portion of currently produced wealth...Private debt outside of the banking system increased about fifty per cent...This debt was provided by the large growth of business savings as well as savings by individuals, particularly in the upper-income groups where taxes were relatively low...This debt, which was at high interest rates, largely took the form of mortgage debt on housing, office, and hotel structures, consumer installment debt, brokers' loans, and foreign debt..."
All the facts and truth are there for those willing to accept them. We know our dollar is worthless. On March 23, 2006, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System ceased publication of the M3 monetary aggregate. What this means is that they now print as much money to flood the system as they want. Which also means that our precious gold is being managed and is NOT being reflected at a true value in this massive increase in the money supply. So too is oil or any other precious commodity.
We know our jobs are still being sucked out of this country all with a willing Congress and Senate under what is called free trade. It is more like free money to the world of multi-national corporations and costly to our national security because we no longer can manufacture a complete piece of military hardware without imports from abroad or even sustain our country and military without financing in the form of securities from countries like communist China.
If only we had listened to Ross Perot (video) in 1992 with all his graphs and charts. He was a combination of both our candidates and it has very much gone just as he described. Our debt is growing exponentially by 1.48 BILLION per day with no end in sight. We did not vote for Perot in mass because the MSM over and over called him eccentric and made fun of his looks and stature. Sound familiar my friends? They now call Ron Paul eccentric and they make fun of Dennis Kucinich's stature and looks.
All the while many refuse to see the writing on the wall. I would call it more of a blindness or willful ignorance. They somehow have the ability to shut out truth and history. They do not want to leave that warm cozy place, a sort of bubble if you will. It allows them to stay within that American Dream that we were taught about. I think many see themselves as patriots by linking that patriotism to loyalty.
But what they fail to realize is that our founding fathers were the original disenters so that it is possible that "We The People" are the government and that these elected officials simply run it by our word because they are in our service. It is they that take a sworn oath to the Constitution a document that was drafted in our name, as described here in the preamble "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union... establish this Constitution for the United States of America". It is "We The People" who elect these officials to administer our republic, and that puts them in our charge.
This is why we must speak out and endorse all candidates who speaks to our concerns, and who respects the oath that they have sworn to us. Sadly it seems not many of our elected officals remember that oath. As they routinely go against the rule of law and even change the laws to protect themselves or their complicit benifactors.
We must also remember the small percentage of our population that once having sworn an oath cannot exercise their rights as citizens that we take for granted. "We The People" must protect them at all costs, it is our duty to ensure they are not used as cannon fodder and once their duty has been comlpleted, that they have free health care, jobs and training, or many other social programs that we can provide to them for their service. As we know this is not getting done because those persons are no longer of any use in the endevor for profit or political power.
I'd like to say something about our 9-11 First Responders ...HELP THEM!!!!
The first responder's on 9-11 are still being ignored after all these years. Let's all write Dennis to urge him to help these people. Look at the frustration on this mans face and in his voice.
Conservatism, tells us that social programs are wrong. I personally do not agree. At a minimum, I think we must provide this to the least of us, our Brother in Arms. But why can't we can have it all, Freedom and Social programs? If done correctly it would lead to an infusion of power to the middleclass that has been erroding since 1981. Why are we so afraid to take care of each other, we are in this together. After all that I have said about Dennis Kucinich, As an American, I must profess my love of Ron Paul for his Constitutional Stance and foreign policy.
When he speaks he stirs a passion within me, especially when he is speaking from the floor of congress praising liberals courage to dissent or answering the attacking media in the 2008 debates.
I love that if elected he would end the occupation and bring all of our brothers home, close those foreign bases and stop funding the military industrial complex (multinational corporations), that if elected he would change our monetary system so that it is actually us that control our governmental systems again and not those who have the money to cheat around the system and are sometimes able to pay less than I, that if elected he would allow us to choose what schools we can send our children to allowing competition and higher learning as the institutions fight for our dollars. Lets face it; the federal government gives very little to local education. Almost all of it comes from our Real-estate taxes.
Military Industrial Complex / IKE / JFK / Ron Paul
And look at his montage of his stances on the issues, it is simply moving!
When Moderators Attack - 2008 DebateCongressional Speech on Patriotism
End NAFTA and stop the North American Union
End The Occupation of Iraq now
Restore our Constitution to pre 9-11
Stop the so-called War on Drugs
Give us more liberties and freedoms
And much much more…
Some because of the rampant spending
Some because of the economy and the emerging NWO
Some because of their party has been taken over by Neo-Cons who are not conservatives
Some because of jobs
Some because of NAFTA or the North American Union
Some are 9-11 Truthers
Some are Peace Activists
Some are Civil Rights Activists
I see the negativity out there on the net. We must come together for the common good and put our Constitution " The Rule of Law" first and support each other's candidate with contributions and praise as they both have the resolve, integrity that we all desire.
