The Foxes Are Hiding in Plain Sight:

By Mike Folkerth

Americans live in a two class system already and it's hiding in plain sight.

::::::::

Good Morning Middle America, your King of Simple News is on the air.

It’s a blustery morning here in Western Colorado with plenty of the cold white stuff decorating the place for Christmas.

Okay, I was wrong, the stock market didn’t go up yesterday, it went down. It will go back up today as the leaders of the notorious Wall Street Gang get over their temper tantrum.

In an interview just after the FED lowered interest by only ¼ %, or as the big boys say, 25 basis points, one Wall Street trader said, with bottom lip protruding an inch and in a his best whinny voice, “We wanted 50 or 75 basis points.” After which he threw himself to the floor and with arms and legs thrashing, rotated in a small circle on his office floor.

But today, it’s back to the business of another boring day of fleecing America. The tables are now open for gambling, please place your bets; with other people’s money.

The FED it seems is somewhat concerned about inflation. And so is Wall Street. But the boys and girls on Wall, are far more concerned about inflating their bank accounts than what happens to those of us in the squeeze play of rising prices and stagnant wages.

As I reported yesterday, Goldman Sachs is handing out average bonuses of $600,000.00 while Middle America is trying to hang on to their houses and buy milk and gas.

Have you ever read science fiction or studied American Indian beliefs regarding a parallel world? Two worlds that exist at the same time, but that are very different? It’s not science fiction or lore, it’s real as rain. Americas wealthy and the rest of us live in very different worlds.

So how did the rich get so darn wealthy? Hard work, Ivy League education, dedication…or a different set of rules? I vote the latter.

Lets face it, there are only so many hours in the day to work and only so many good ideas to trot out. U.S. corporations are simply legal crooks who hand out massive amounts of unwarranted compensation to the top players and a honorary board of directors.

When times go bad, like for instance right now, the brilliant corporation loses billions, the CEO is handed his or her hat with a check in it for a few million, and the board gets a bonus for doing the right thing. Say what? Legal thievery.

Remember, I said legal crooks. All of this is legal under the laws that are made for those who make the laws. What’s that line about foxes and chickens?

As we watch the Middle Class sink toward poverty and an impossible financial situation unfold for our kids, the rich are getting richer every day. What then are our illustrious law makers up to? Making new laws for the rich to get richer, that’s what they were hired for.

Don’t re-elect anyone! Wake Up Middle America, there goes another chicken.

Authors Bio:
Mike Folkerth is the author of "The Biggest Lie Ever Believed" and is not your run-of-the-mill author of finance and economics.

The former real estate broker, developer, private real estate fund manager, auctioneer, Alaskan bush pilot, restaurateur, U.S. Navy veteran, heavy equipment operator, taxi cab driver, fishing guide, horse packer and few jobs too embarrassing to mention, writes from experience and plain common sense.

Mike’s humorous systems of “Mikeronomics” and “Mikemathics” drastically simplify the economic and mathematic formulas commonly used by very smart, but terribly sheltered individuals.
