For years I have been writing articles that this Government is absolutely and completely dysfunctional (with I pray the exception of the military) and now we have absolute proof that everything we have been told by this administration is a lie, intentionally spun or un-spun, agenda driven and for someone's profit and can no loner be trusted by the America people. For years I have been writing articles that this Government is absolutely and completely dysfunctional (with I pray the exception of the military) and now we have absolute proof that everything we have been told by this administration is a lie, intentionally spun or un-spun, agenda driven and for someone’s profit and can no loner be trusted by the America people. Once a liar, always a liar.

While most of the articles I have written have been about the corruption of our court system, I have always maintained that this “culture” permeates the entire system from the Whitehouse to the local and state office. It is an attitude that “We the People” are no more than slot machines, pull on our handles using a hand of fear and retaliation and out the tax money rolls. Let me remind you what our founding fathers wrote:

“Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government.”

Just in case you do know what the quote above is from, it is from the Declaration of Independence, and what it says is that while no one should change or revolt against our Government for trivial reasons, even if the abuses become bearable and accepted by the people. But when a long history of abuse and corruption become commonplace and acceptable, despotism, absolute power or authority used for the purpose of tyranny, follows and it is inevitable our Government will turn against the people, and will operate in its own self interest.

When that happens, and the status quo system has failed, and it is the right of every American, the duty of every American to remove the system and replace it with one that operates without despotism. That we the signers of this Declaration of Independence are incapable of tolerating any further injustice and have decided to declare their independence from tyranny and replace it with a Government that acts in the interest of the colonies (To become the United States of America)

Our founding fathers wrote this because King George (the other one) was taking all of our nation’s wealth without any representation in parliament. King George’s military was kicking doors down and taking homes and land without a warrant or trial. Has anything changed in 200 years?

All of Americas wealth is now in the pockets of King George’s (modern day) court friends and family members, his “base”, the Supreme Court has ruled that they can take your house to build a shopping mall, illegal is not illegal if it is non-white cheap labor cutting your grass, cleaning your house or working in your sweat shop. How about a 200 year old battle cry, “No Taxation without Representation”. Does that 200 year old battle cry have any applicability to today’s world?

Are we STILL in Iraq?

I could go on and on for hours, but what is so special in the words written by our founding fathers is that they knew this would happen one day in this country. We would once again be in the same spot we had sought independence from over 200 years ago in that a King George mentality would once again rule this nation with the class wars of the day, those who have and those who do not, using their power in the form of oppression of the people.

History tends to repeat itself when you don’t learn the lesson the first time.

With that knowledge that history would repeat itself in mind, our founding fathers had the forethought to remind every American in written words that would last for the life of this nation that all Americans have the right AND the duty to stand up, with force if required, to remove tyranny from our Government.

What, you don’t think that a man who threatens World War III over what, oil or another nuclear weapons program that did not exist is not tyranny personified at the control of our Government and real weapons of mass destruction? Has not our Government been lying to the American people for years, both Democrat and Republican? Do you know anyone who has found justice in our courts? Did you know that less than ten (10) judges have been federally prosecuted in our 200 year history?

America is right back where it all started over 200 years ago. While America has material riches and has advanced in technology, medical and other great social areas, America is bankrupt in every other sense of the word in that we have no morals, no ethics, are self-centered, self-absorbed, where justice is affordable to those who can afford it and God is only printed on our real God, money.

We are a materially rich nation but an empty spiritual nation.

In a land formed on religious freedom and what was always the motto of America, God and Country, is not allowed to be uttered because our courts have twisted the Constitution and the sprit of our founding fathers.

We have a Government who lies about weapons of mass destruction, not once but twice, so that we can continue to send our children into a middle eastern Vietnam II meat grinder so we can drive our SUV’s and King George’s oil buddies can earn billions in profits on the blood of your children, and now, if not for the fact that he got caught, King George might have started World War III on a lie. AMERICA DOES NOT START WARS, WE FINISH THEM.

Ask yourself the following questions:

   1. Is there anyone out there whose eyes are open enough to see and admit the truth of what America has become? Are we all drug addicts and alcoholics living in a world of total denial of the truth of whom and what we have truly become?

   2. Is there any American left that knows being a true American requires you to stand up and fight, even if that fight is with our own Government, to protect the rights and sacrifice that our founding fathers and millions of Americans have given their life for, American’s that continue to spill their blood this very day, for true freedom without being ruled by fear?

   3. Does anyone, beside me, understand that standing up to this government if needed is NOT un-American but truly in the sprit of what our founding fathers envisioned as what is a TRUE American and will be required when tyranny once again raises its head as they knew it would and provided provisions in the Constitution and Bill of Rights to make sure that We the People had the right to change the Government?

   4. Does anyone understand that this madman has his finger on the button, just got caught for the second time in a lie about weapons of mass destruction, and was rattling his saber talking about World War III and that the ONLY outcome of such a policy had he not been thwarted is total world destruction or domination? Is the next fear America should embrace is that King George wants to be Emperor George ruling the world in order to bring world peace and security from terrorism and weapons of mass destruction? Is this the new world order, using the fear of death from terrorists in order to achieve world control and domination?

   5. This is not the only lie told by King George and our Government. Are New Orleans and the gulf coast rebuilt? Where did all the money go donated to the 911 victims?

The only intelligence failure that has happened in America is that of the American people for re-electing this madman. For that transgression, I am as guilty as all the rest, may God forgive me.

Once again the spin doctors will come up with a great excuse of why King George did not know why Iran had stopped the weapons of mass destruction program in 2003. Worst of all, you will accept the explanation as the truth because you don’t want to be non-American.

Once again the main stream media lives in fear of our Government’s legal system and loss of profits and does not have the guts to do their job and report the truth and within a month you will all go back thinking we live in the greatest nation on earth, when the truth is not how many “things” you have accumulated that is the wealth of a nation, but if you can look in the mirror and say that what this nation represents to the world, our morals, our values and how the American people would want to be remembered in the history books, is the true wealth of a nation. Much more importantly, what will you tell God, you know the one that our Government embraces when needed but denies in our laws, when you stand before him?

As for me, I have had enough. It is time for me personally to draw my own line in the sand against oppression and tyranny that I have suffered for over 15 years at the hands of this Government and the court system that is the subject of a book I have just finished and am looking for an agent/publisher to print the documented truth of my story.

While I love America, would gladly die to protect it and the American people (My father was 30 plus years military, my sister is in the military and my niece is in Iraq right now), I , and many others have had enough of the caliber of people running our Government.

I would never sit down to dinner with liars, cheats and genocidal madmen. I would never allow them to force upon me their legal definition of right and wrong, morals and ethics because they have a title of President, judge or the power of agenda written laws that have turned the once greatest and fairest justice system on earth into, for lack of a better term, Satins Church.

While no one in a civilized society wants to outright disobey their Government and the law, when the Government operates and the laws are only written to profit some agenda, those laws and that form of Government have no place in our society. Just because it is the law does not make it right, ask the men hung at Nuremburg, including judges and prosecutors.

To quote from the transcript of United States of America v. Alstötter et al, ("The Justice Case") 3 T.W.C. 1 (1948), 6 L.R.T.W.C. 1 (1948), 14 Ann. Dig. 278 (1948), “No one contends, of course, that German judges and prosecutors destroyed as many lives as did the SS, Gestapo, or other agencies of the Nazi machine.”

Judges and prosecutors put forth as their defense for their actions at the death camps that they were just following orders and the German law (The Nuremburg Defense) in the prosecution and sentencing of 6 million plus Jews and Polls to death.

Today, the American governmental equivalent to those criminals can be replaced with the words; special interest groups, lobbyists, the legal sector of corporate America and the courts, and in particular the family court system that I have been writing about for years. My God, have we learned NOTHING from history?

Are we doomed to repeat history with this madman or the next one in office starting WW III over oil, terrorism, and cheap children’s toys? What will be the justification that will force those who are in fear of America taking their solventry and natural resources that will escalate to the use of nuclear weapons to thwart our advances? Do you want you and your children want to die in a bright flash or from radiation exposure that will span the globe because you sat idle and afraid of the present Government mentality of “Peace though World Domination”? Maybe you’re just dumb enough to believe we can buy our way out of this mess with a lawyer and some cash.

The only way to have world peace is through peaceful approaches. An invading Army or the threat of an invading army landing on the Jersey shore would send millions of Americans running to the beach, our second amendment in hand. It would not just be the military, but school teachers, you local car mechanic, maybe even your mom and dad. I know every member of my family would be there, and most TRUE Americans as well. It is the same in the Middle East, as I have traveled that area.

They are just like us, want to earn a living, feed their families and not have their house blown up for what they perceive, as would we in reverse, someone trying to change their way of life that they have lived for thousands of years and like it just the way it is. They have no desire to “kill Americans” just like we have no desire to “kill Muslims”. The only problem that they have is the same problem we have, radical wings of the Government or society that are hell bent on some unachievable agenda that the only outcome is to once again repeat history and place the world at war once again. Ask yourself this question from the history books, who are the ONLY people who benefited from WW I and WW II? The answer will be the same for WW III.

As a child I every mourning in school Pledged Allegiance to the Flag of The United States of America and felt so proud as a child to do so, but based upon the circumstances that exist in this country presently, and the world for that matter, I can no longer in good conscience pledge allegiance to a Government that has committed such heinous crimes against the American People and in direct violation, with the corrupt hands of our nations courts, the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

To pledge allegiance to this present Government goes against everything our founding fathers knew to be true and put down in words designed to be applicable and last until the end of time and all of my fundamental beliefs. These crimes and my morals hold me as responsible for what this Government does just as surely as if I did the crime with my own two hands.

To quote Abraham Lincoln: “This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it, or their revolutionary right to dismember or overthrow it.”

When some of the greatest people in American history, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, the rest of the founding fathers and Abraham Lincoln, the only President who ever had to deal with a country at civil war, who even during the civil war still realized that it was the right of the people to decide their own destiny and if the Government was thwarting that right they had the right to change it peacefully or with force if required. Such an honorable man, during that time of national conflict, still knew that the rights of the people to disagree and fight this Government, guaranteed in the Constitution and Bill of Rights, must be upheld and embraced if this country “Of the People and For the People” is to survive no matter the civil unrest or cost.

To suppress with fear or force the rights of the people would render the sacrifice of all who died to protect this nation’s freedom null and void. To quote the words of Sean Connery’s character in the last scene of “The Hunt for Red October”, “A little revolution every once in awhile is a good thing.”
I therefore, with deep sadness, renounce my allegiance to this Government until such time as this Government is reinstated with what was envisioned by our founding fathers or fixed to accomplish the same. When the Government answers to the People and not just those who have come to control our Government with money. When the will of the majority of the People is enacted by our law makers for all and not for a few. When justice actually has real meaning and equality for all is a fact and not a façade to wear for votes Until America is America once again and pledging allegiance to The United States of America is not a line item in the negative column that when I stand before God I have to answer too.

Being a journalist I know that what I have written and what I have so openly denounced may incur the wrath of this Government and all of those who stand to be held accountable for their actions. Therefore, being that I am sure the legal system will be used against me once again, I will only obey God’s laws until our court systems are re-infused with justice for all, White, Black, Male and Female. I will consider any attempt to permanently silence my pen and voice, as this Government has tried to do that already, a direct attempt to silence free speech.

Free speech, even speech in opposition to our government and the truth is something that every American believes is our God given right, was written by our founding fathers and is contained in the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and is part of the ROOT LAWS of the United States of America, and should this Government seek to silence my voice of opposition as a violation of some twisted law, I will take my complaint to the world media and court, no matter what country will print the truth, so I do not end up like journalist Akbar Ganji.

As a journalist, I have publicly been first to stand against tyranny that I am aware of. I ask who is the next American who has courage in their heart, and not fear, to stand with me and truly be an American?

Are there any other journalists who have the courage to tell the truth to their readers and renounce their involvement with the actions, morals and ethics of this Government? If you report the lie are you not as guilty as if you told the lie if you never investigate the truth and tell the truth? Are you not part of the propaganda machine ruling the American people with disinformation and fear?

Will you the reader see that we have to change, and have the right to change, the status quo and peacefully disobey this Government? That a better use of our troops is to bring them home, lock down our boarders, patrol our ports and sink any toxic laden ship of children’s toys? Will you the reader pass this on and see what I have done as the right thing to do and peacefully declare your independence? I pray to God that the American people will awake from this long sleep of gluttony and greed and have the courage of our founding fathers to Just Say No More!

One closing note, the only Axis of Evil I can see today is the Executive Branch, The Judicial Branch and Congress. The missing CIA tapes would have proved just how far from our founding principals America has gone!
