You feel terrible. You are sure you are dying. You don't have health insurance but what else can you do? You go to the hospital, that is the place you have been told will help you. At one time that might even have been true.

With a smile she asks if you own your home? Where is the home located? How long have you lived there? How much money do you have in your bank accounts? Where are those accounts located? The list goes on, you are barely tracking because of the waves of pain.
