* While we're at it, maybe another pandemic. It sure went away quick. Who says we can only have one? It's not out of the question. Ten plagues did God send to Egypt. Not nearly enough, perhaps... plenty more where that came from. And anyway, would reduce the human population - and we do need that.

* Oh, and we can't forget repression, suppression and oppression. Ah, repression...will make the pol-eese actions of the '50s and '60s look like a walk in the park. Don't kid yo'sef. Think this is a joke? Think again or just think. Let's use evolution's gift - our prefrontal cortex. Let's use our good brains. The writing's on the wall - front and center. It really won't tax us that much to use a little imagination. It's all foreseeable. In this case past will predict future.

I work as a psychotherapist with an emphasis on transformational learning - a blend of psychoanalytic and transpersonal approaches, and am the author of Self Actualization and Unselfish Love and co-author of Families Helping Families: Living with Schizophrenia, as well as Mental Illness as an Opportunity for Transformation. My interests and life have taken parallel courses, which together have woven a complex tapestry: spirituality and meditation on the one hand, and political psychology on the other.
