ELECTION FIASCO FILM MAKES TV DEBUT ON CINEMAX

No Umbrella, which captures the chaos and frustration faced by inner city voters, was acquired by HBO Documentary Films after premiering at the 2006 Sundance Film Festival. Its debut will be two days after the midterm congressional elections.
