Companies pay so much money for loyalty programs and often reap poor results. This article offers one no cost solution for guaranteeing increased customer loyalty and enjoying your work more at the same tie.

Don't Let Your Loyalty Efforts Get Derailed!
You can invest hundreds of thousands of dollars in CRM software, know more about your customers than they do, believe you've covered all bases and belatedly discover little or no brand loyalty exists.
Think kindness.
Treating employees with compassion and caring will transform your company's corporate culture at no cost resulting in lower attrition, enhanced customer loyalty, increased profits and greater shareholder return.

My firm has specialized in loyalty marketing for over twenty years. Much of it spent in the casino industry where learning about customers has been taken to a level of sophistication that is mind boggling.
We have shared lots of successes particularly in building new business and creating promotions to drive repeat client visits. But that's not the same as building the loyalty that's critical to lowered marketing costs, increasing lifetime customer value and sustained bottom line growth.
I often challenge my client's by asking them " why will gamblers come and play at your property when the casino next door is offering the same freebies?" Too often, they have no response!
Many companies get lost in the wealth of data they've accumulated believing this will allow them to tailor loyalty building offers to their most important clients.
The sophistication of data mining leads to the conviction they hold all the answers to meeting every customer need. They haven't.

Here's a Mind Acrobaticsâ?¢ challenge for anyone looking to improve business performance at no cost!
Pick a work week How about Monday, March 2nd?
I can virtually guarantee you'll be surprised and pleased with the results.
Good will and kindness are innate components of human nature. Yet often we get so caught up with the stress of making our numbers, EBITDA or simply getting through the day that we lose awareness of what's most important.
Be mindful and you'll enjoy work life more & feel less stressed. Businesses flourish when employees are happy and content. The trickle-down effect to customers is contagious.
There are so many NO COST benefits of building sustained loyalty. Enhancing employee morale will result in:
And you have loyal customers who will stick with you and go on social media to spread the word about their satisfaction with your company.
All of the above may sound like a no brainer. How does your company stack up?
Add a bit of the above to all the data your CRM provides. Create an eclectic approach that works best for your business. Get creative and continually refine until you come up with a great formula. I did. It's called Loyalty Lock Marketing.â?¢ It really works and it's not brain surgery, just plain old common sense.
Employees & customers keep your business thriving. Invest in kindness.
