The Constitution Of "The Direct Democracy Republic Common Wealth Of The United States Of America" -- Part 2 - Our New Bill Of Rights and Responsibilities -- Article 16 - Negative Rights and Responsibilities Just a few examples.

(1) We The People of Our Direct Democracy Republic Common Wealth do not have the Right to impose Our Ways Of Governance on other sovereign nations and Peoples. Except:

{A} When unjust and terrible harm is being done to People, in those nations that calls to Our Morality for help and correction of the "severe" wrongs being done there against the Will of the Majority (and sometimes even a "Decent Minority") of the Populace of that country.

{B} We are invited, by a Foreign Government to help them learn about Direct Democracy and other American Cultural Attributes.

Some Explanation: We can go in militarily and administratively, to stop the maiming and killing and maybe even bring to some kind of Justice the doers of such things"but"We must not try to forcefully inject Our Ways into the foreign nations governance systems"beyond "Justified Martial Mercy Law". At least We can "buy" the afflicted and tyrannized, some relief and time, to gain some strengths to stand up for themselves and build Fair Solutions to their problems. Basically, We will not long "occupy", or even "base" Our Military (Volunteers) in troubled places on Our World, but go quickly in and out, in the name of Human Decency. When a "troubled place's Majority Population" demonstrates a "sufficient" potential and desire to become more Democratic than what it is, then We might feel compelled to go there and attempt to give this "Majority" a chance to get their nation on a more Democratic, or even Directly Democratic, social path. And there is the non-direct intervention options of educational, financial and material assistance, in some circumstances.

(2) Once it builds production facilities on the American Sovereign Territory contained in the "Direct Democracy Republic Common Wealth Of The United States Of America", a capitalist corporation does not have the Right to close down an established facility and move it to another nation to increase profit taking, avoid Fair Taxation, or to punish or otherwise try to control the Workers of that facility.

(3) We do not have the Right to enter another sovereign territory, as immigrants, or refugees, without the permission of that sovereign territory.

We need the time and space to cure the illnesses of Our Capitalist Culture and become so much More than takers, profiteers and exploiters.

Also advocate of "New Tribalism". Ally of "some elements" of the "Old Tribalism". "First Seed Bearer Of "Narbarism"; one tiny and struggling branch of New Tribalism...that, nevertheless, has afforded me wonderful opportunities to personally become More and Better, through the work of trying to establish Narbarism in Reality. I see the Evolution of America as interconnected with that of Narbarism and, Hopefully, a source of Many, Many kinds of "Strength" for it. We will see.

I have become very dependent on OpEd News for the sharing of Kindred Souls who reassure and even inspire me with their ideas about Life and Our Society. I am also grateful to the conservative agents, who come here and share their perspective on life and Nation and issue challenges to what We Progressives are trying to achieve.
